A 3-story home w/ great balcony spaces, private backyard sundeck, and off-street parking - 10-min drive to the beach. Enjoy Cornhole & Darts during your stay with us.

We highly enjoyed our stay downtown at Augustine! Although it was a slight further walk than the listing said, it was still an enjoyable beautiful walk. Expect more of a 18-20 minute walk to the main start of downtown St. Augustine. This property includes many many steps that are steep. We enjoyed sitting on the front porches of the property since it rained some during our stay we were unable to use the back yard at any point during our stay. The front porches could use new chairs and a better access to the backyard such as an automatic garage door. The property was very clean and did meet all of our needs. It was great to have a fenced in back yard for our dog to be to have an area. We look forward to another stay!

Comfortable home in a great location

Enjoyed our stay, responsive hosts, the house had all the amenities to cook a Thanksgiving meal! It’s in a great location, very walkable to all the downtown attractions.

The unit was easy to access and clean. Beds were comfy. Parking is strained due to narrow streets and street parking. Walking to night of lights was longer than expected. Close to restaurants. Only 1.5 bathrooms, not 2. Great unit and enjoyed our stay.

Best Friend Yearly Getaway

Quaint, perfect home for annual get together with friends. Location was perfectly located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood, but also conveniently located within walking distance to the tourist attractions. Home was very clean and slept 7 guys comfortably. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Convenient location

Quick overnight trip, had all the elements of staying at home rather than hotel room. Close to everything you could need. Manager was quick to respond with any questions. Would stay there again.

Cute neighborhood

We loved the neighborhood. It was great to walk around. Cute little coffee shops nearby. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. 3/4 of a mile walk into town is kind of far when it’s hot out but close enough. All in all we had a great time.

Adorable, clean, and well-stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect! We loved being able to park our car (in the garage, no less!) and walk literally everywhere we wanted to go each day. This is an excellent property with plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of sight-seeing. I would highly recommend. The hosts were extremely responsive should you have any questions or recommendations. Five stars for sure!

Great Stay for Young Families

The layout of the home, the number of bedrooms, and many shelves made it a perfect stay for my newborn and toddler! We were able to all be on the same floor, have sound machines and baby monitors easily set up, and be able to go downstairs to hang out as parents. Also, the walkability to downtown and cute restaurants was phenomenal! Definitley recommend!

Awesome home!

We brought the boat up for a fishing trip and needed a place to stay for the night - this place was perfect - 5 mins from the marina and is really cool home. We took a 5 min Uber to the historic district for dinner and drinks. The home is very clean, roomy, an awesome little backyard! Everything was great. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Modern, comfortable property

The house was amazing and owners were extremely accommodating. This historic home has so much personality and it was updated and decorated beautifully. There was no need or want for anything else- they really made it 5 star. It was so personalized which added to the charm. Thanks for everything!
