Located on one of the most sought-after streets in the area, this waterfront home sits steps from the Bridge of Lions, offering unbeatable access to the charm, history, and vibrant culture of St. Augustine. Whether youâre visiting in summer or winter, the backyard has a beautiful view of downtown St. Augustine is truly the heart of this home â a place youâll never want to leave. Spend your days fishing from the dock and evenings enjoying unforgettable sunsets. This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers a setting that few properties can match.
Entering the home, you find an outdoor European style courtyard that can be used as a gathering space. As you walk inside the home, you can relax in the comfort of furnishings procured and placed with the guest in mind.
The game room is sure to keep the whole group engaged as they try to stay focused on game and not stare at the wrap around glass windows face the bay as dolphins dance amongst the sailboats.
The living room boasts plentiful seating and makes for a wonderful place to enjoy the view while inside situated perfectly as the hub of the home adjacent to open dining area and a fully stocked updated kitchen ensuring everyone is together recapping the days memories.
When the day is done you will be able to sleep soundly with comfortable beds perfect to recharge for another day of activities.
This is one vacation not to be missed and is sure to bring back guests again and again enjoying the perfect slice of St. Augustine.
Must be at least 25 years or older to rent. Primary renter must be present during the entire stay.
Children must be accompanied by an adult when on the dock at all times. Use at your own risk.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, exterior or interior.
Dogs only -- up to 2 dogs are allowed for a non-refundable fee of $150 for the first and $250 for two. Please clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaning team has to, you will be fined $500. No other pets allowed. Thank you.
