Conveniently situated across from the Ed Walline public beach access, this lovely one-bedroom getaway offers a large open living area with an amazing wrap around patio overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. The spacious bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. There are built-in twin bunk beds in the hall, perfect for the kids. The full size kitchen with breakfast bar is fully stocked and has ample counter space for preparing your family’s meals.

Dune Allen Ladies were great! But Ice maker was broken no wi-fi.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sherry and Shari were fantastic! Great location and amenities were good. The ice maker was broken but not a big deal. But no Wi-Fi for my phone or computer so I could not do any work and couldn't use my phone after Friday as I was using too much data. Brian came Thursday night and was very professional but couldn't get it to work and Chris couldn't get it to work on Friday. Wife could get Wi-Fi from another room but it was spotty

The property was listed as a non-smoking unit. The property smelled of stale smoke, infiltrating all of our clothing and making it difficult for this non smoking pair to be comfortable. The property was run down and dirty. The walls/cabinets needed a paint job, the baseboards were filthy and the shower curtain stained.

Gulf Place 307 Carribean

Condo was clean. Dishwasher didn't work. Got a call on check in day saying a new one would be delivered on Monday. Dishwasher never came. They did however supply us with paper products. We were told there would be two laundry pods for laundry. There were none. We had to call and get some delivered. This is our 7th time staying at Gulf Place and we really enjoy the location, but this unit was hard to see the views of the water due to the palm trees in the way. Balcony was spacious and roomy.
