Welcome to Sun Stone, a beautifully updated condo located in the vibrant Gulf Place Cabanas. This modern coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, just steps from the beach, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Whether you're soaking up the sun or exploring the local area, this 1 Bedroom + Twin Bunk Room condo provides the ideal space for up to 6 guests.

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect for my group! There were 3 adults and it was a great size for us. Super great area, walking distance to just about anything you’d need. Beach access directly across the street!Would recommend!!

A great place to stay!

I do not have enough positive things to say about this place! The hosts responded quickly and they were super helpful with any needs or questions we had. The place was clean and easy to navigate. We will definitely be booking again!

Wonderful condo and great location! It had everything we needed and wanted in a stay!

Very nice condo. Location was great. Very clean. Comfortable bed. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The pool was so refreshing after a day on the beach. Very easy walk to beach access. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Trip

This was our second time staying at Gulf Place Cabanas and this unit was great! The unit was updated and had a great living space for kids and adults. The balcony goes out to pool area so very easy especially with kids. Only negative was very loud guests above us our entire stay.

Fall Break Fun

This was the perfect condo for our Fall Break trip. The quick walk to the beach made it SO easy with 2 little ones. Our 2 year old loved the sand toys that were provided and being able to walk right out the back doors to the pool. We are already dreaming about our next trip!

Perfect Place

This condo was perfect for our family! Clean, modern and provided all the amenities we needed for our family. The location is great with enough shopping and restaurants, we didn’t feel the need to go elsewhere during our stay. The beach was easy access and we had no problems finding front row spots each day. The property’s size and location was ideal! The only issue was the entire time we were there the HOA had a lot of noisy outside work going on - However, Dolly was very responsive to my concerns - We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again -

Perfect get-a-way

Loved the unit! Perfect little spot in a perfect little area. The aesthetic was just perfect beach costal vibes. Maybe I don’t want to say too much and it get booked up where I cannot get a reservation! Highly recommend for a couple or small family.

A Lovely Respite from Life!

Sun Stone is so convenient to all the places we love in Santa Rosa and such a easy walk to the beach. The decor color palette is restful and beautiful and the patio that over looks the pool has wonderful adirondack chairs with lovely landscaping all around. P.S. thank you for having chairs to take to the beach! We will be back!

Great Location

Nice condo, great location and prompt reply with any questions or issues. Gave 4 stars because there is no storage space in kitchen cabinets for food. They are all full of dishes & glasses. However, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. Closet space is limited because of storage containers.

Just Lovely

The apartment complex was clean and well-kept. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. As soon as we walked in, we felt relaxed, happy and safe. It was clean and beautifully furnished with everything you could want or need during your time there. The pool was right outside the living room door, and the gorgeous white sand beach was directly across the street. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We loved it!!

Wonderful property & management; make sure it's what you want

This was a well-maintained property that was accurately represented in the listing. Management was extremely responsive when our code wasn't working and diligently followed up after we left an item behind. Unit was clean and had what we needed. They aren't kidding about removing food, there was not even salt or oil in the panty so make sure to bring it all. Umbrella, chairs, and even a few beach toys were very helpful. Make sure you bring black trash bags/painter's tape or dark towels to cover shutters in master bedroom as the outdoor light is extremely bright. Pool is literally right outside the patio door, but we didn't experience any issues with noise. We didn't notice the private beach access until our third day so don't miss that!

The unit we stayed in was just fine. The location in Santa Rosa was very close to many wonderful restaurants and local sights. Being right next door to The Perfect Pig was great for breakfast. Also, the beach access was relatively easy to access from our ground unit. An item of note for future, the beach only allows umbrellas with “one point of contact” and does not allow any type of cabana or canopy. The unit had several umbrellas and chairs to use. Unfortunately, the pool which was located directly outside our room (and a reason we booked this property) was out of service with a note on the fence indicating it needed to be resurfaced. That was information I wish we would have had before arriving and being disappointed. Otherwise, the unit was clean enough, but the couch and chair was not very comfortable for lounging on and the beds weren’t very comfortable. These issues weren’t enough to warrant a negative review, but could have been improved upon.
