The spacious interior features two luxurious king beds, a cozy bunk bed with a trundle (two twins and a double), a comfortable futon, two plush couches, and two recliners—enough room for everyone to unwind. The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee/tea station and bar, making mornings and evenings a delight. With a game room, indoor and outdoor activities like ping pong and shuffleboard, and an office space in the bonus room, you'll find plenty to entertain the whole group.

The Weeki Wachee River is one of my family‘s favorite spaces so we rent properties down there every year. We’ve been lucky that every home we’ve ever rented has been exceptional, but I have to say that this particular home is the best we have stayed at over the years.Spacious, roomy, nicely appointed - it checks off all the boxes of what you’re looking for. We had our teenage and younger grandchildren with us and they enjoyed all of the activities and entertainment that was provided by the host of this property. It’s a beautiful location and everything that you will need is right there waiting for you. I will definitely rent it again.

The house was beautiful with a game room downstairs that opened up to the dock and water. There were enough supplies to get you started for the week. My favorite part was seeing the Manatees just down the canal from the house. We would stay again!!

House is in the great location for nature lovers with direct access to beautiful Weeki wachee river. House is very clean, well maintained and equiped with all necessary supplies and has way more extra stuff for very comfortable family vacation.We were very pleased that there were variety of kayaks and two inflatable paddle boards available for our use. Host was very well organized, provided clear instructions and guidance on the house use and activities in the area.

Beautiful home right on the water!!

My family stayed for a week at Captain Jacks for Spring break. We had a fabulous time! The house was everything we needed. Everyone in my family had a kayak/paddle board to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the weeki wachee. We saw several manatees in the canal behind the house. We all enjoyed the game room in the garage. Great place to stay and enjoy the river!

Mesmerizing Moments in the Land of Mermaids & Manatees

An unforgettable stay at this beautiful waterfront home in Weeki Wachee. The serene views, cozy upstairs setup, great games downstairs, and thoughtful touches made our trip truly special. Garage element provided both outside feel, and privacy. We loved kayaking right from the backyard and watching the manatees glide by. Floating dock addition super efficient for both low & high tide. Great host communication, all the essentials, and hospitality was top-notch.

End of Maternity Leave Staycay!

Annual Guys Trip was great

We had an absolute blast at this rental on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was amazing, well equipped and very clean. The game room downstairs was huge and so much fun. The kayaks were great for paddling along the canals and the river. We saw lots of manatees while kayaking on the river. Sonia was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Fairly nice place. Property manager was very accessible to any questions we had. I would warn older guests that there are quite a few stairs going to the main house. Unfortunately due to the hurricanes in the last month, the water behind the home was not in good shape.

Slice of Heaven!

We cannot recommend this VRBO property enough! We had 7 adults & it was perfect! Great location! It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, decorated with the perfect beachy/tropical/Weeki vibe! LOVED 2 of the bedrooms with king size beds! Every bedroom has a TV, one in living room and downstairs in game room! The screen room upstairs is perfect for morning coffee, reading, relaxing and late evenings. The game room downstairs is AWESOME! Plenty of amenities to keep you entertained, hot tub, flat screen TV, full size fridge/freezer, great lounging area, table/chairs. Clean, huge and plenty of room! The owners are fantastic, great communication and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely be back! Thank you Sonia!!!!!!!!!

7 of us fit very comfortably in your home, which was clean, beautifully decorated, and fitted with every thing you could think of! There was plenty of space for all of us, inside and out, upstairs and down. We loved that we could let our kayaks in right there on the property, could walk to a store. A little bit of everything on the water

We really enjoyed this property. This property had a little bit of everything from being able to do some activities on the water to having a little ping-pong and cornhole to play indoors. Enjoyed the hot tub a few nights, which was nice overlooking the river. Quiet neighborhood made sitting out back on the deck, watching the Millets jumping out of water was very relaxing. Only real negative that we found was that there was no real beach to the gulf that was close. Believe it was closed down due to damage from a storm. Property was very clean and comfortable.

Birthday Springs Getaway

We fell in love with Weeki Wachee a few months ago and wanted to experience the springs with our friends to celebrate my partner's birthday. The home itself was big enough for our group and provided multiple spaces to hang out in. We loved the converted garage space with all the games and hot tub. Location was ideal with being off a canal less than a mile from the springs water. Sonia was really great with communication and made the check in and check out process easy. Our only complaint was lack of some cleaning supplies like dishwasher pods (which were delivered our last night), the soap in the kitchen was too watered down to allow for washing and no extra grocery bags. But these were small things that wouldn't keep us from coming back again. Thanks again for the stay! Our friends are now just as hooked on Weeki Wachee as we are.

Perfect for family and teens!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as described. My boys especially enjoyed the game room and kayaks and I finally learned how to paddleboard. There were manatees at the end of the canal and i saw around 12 while paddling down the river. Book this home now!!!

Fantastic place on Weeki

This property was very clean, check in was easy, kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable. There was enough kayaks to pick from for the river adventure. Overall it was a fun stay and very comfortable with small kids! Highly recommend!
