We had a great girl's trip. Kayaks were easy to load from the dock and it was a short distance to the swimming areas. The Hot tub was wonderful after a day on the water and even after breakfast or dinner :)Plenty of room for all the ladies to play board games and cards.

The home was spacious and super clean.Better than the pics!Loved the outdoor space and patio.So many extras like the yard games and firepit.Great place to be outside with your family.(just make sure to bring bug spray for biting flies).The water was not as nice at the end of the canal ,but we still enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water and seeing manatees and dolphins.You will love this tiny piece of Florida heaven!

Absolutely Perfect! Our stay at this riverfront VRBO was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need—it was set up so thoughtfully.The outside was just as wonderful—the hot tub was fantastic, and we loved spending time around the fire pit and enjoying the games. The location was beautiful and peaceful, making it the ideal getaway.On top of that, the host was amazing and made the whole experience even better. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!We will be back!

Cindie, Thank you for your review of our property. We do supply quite a bit of dishes and many different pots & pans. We vacation here several times a year and want all guests to have everything they need. We take pride in the care and amenities we provide both inside and outside of the home. Unfortunately we have no control over any of the neighbors and how they choose to keep their homes. We have bamboo to make the yard very private and its fully fenced. The only time you see any neighbors is when you get on the kayaks and go in the river. Thank you for staying with us!

We enjoyed our stay a beautiful place very clean had all the comforts of home enjoyed the kayaks games outdoor movies with special lighting. Bed where awesome slept very well we had a great time with many parks restaurants and shopping near plus several beaches we had a wonderful stay thank you

Probably need a new can opener, it didn't work whatsoever! Plus one of the plastic chairs were cracked and when sitting down out of the hot-tub it broke all the way, we put it out with the garbage. Everything was wonderful and we had a great time with the kayaks on the water, we saw dolfins, manatees and snakes! Your artwork on the building and walls were an added personal touch! Lovely place and I'll recommend it!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is so well-stocked and thoughtfully equipped. We had 3 teens/tween on the trip, so the kayaks, paddle board, hot tub, outdoor games, and outdoor projector were all a huge hit. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and grocery stores and essentials are super close. Each bedroom had really nice oscillating fans to keep things comfy, and the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so it was nice not to have to pack those. We had a good experience renting a small boat from the Weeki Wachee Marina one day. Pine Island was also a nice place to take in the sunset. And of course, the seeing the manatees was the absolute best. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Comfortable Place

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a beautiful place. John and Mary was really amazing and helpful on any questions we had about the area. Even the neighbors are great people. We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back.

We went for as a couple trip and had an awesome time! It was close to the spot to see manatees, great outside amenities. We loved the outside projector and hot tub! Property is just as described would stay here again! I got engaged at this house, it will always hold a special place in my heart

Great Home

The Manatee home was perfectly equipped for my family of 4! Plenty of space, beautiful decor and updates, comfortable beds! We very much enjoyed the clear canoes, paddle board, and thankful there was a full stock of life jackets!

Fun and games

The house was well equipped and nicely decorated. The owner had so many other things to keep us entertained other than kayaking and swimming. Family members had fun playing darts, spikeball. We loved kayaking. Thanks for a fun family vacation.
