This place was nothing short of amazing! They beyond exceeded our expectations and the listing pictures don’t even do the place justice. It was pure heaven in paradise. We will be staying there again. This will be our new place every year. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the walk is so easy to the beach. The Host was quick with communication and resolved any issues we had immediately and the accommodations at the place were top-tier. Especially if you are bringing the kids! Highly recommend if you want to have a great time in Anna Maria Island!

We had a great time staying at the Mermaid Treehouse! Everything was perfect! Best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. I always pack extra supplies, but this rental had everything you would ever need for a great week at the beach. Ashley the host was wonderful! Due to a storm we had an issue with the hot tub and she had someone there immediately to take care of it. The views off the deck were beautiful! If we ever need a rental this size, this is where we will be!

The host was very responsive, all questions were answered promptly. She also provided many great restaurants, most within walking distance. Property was clean and well maintained. I lost count of how many times my family said, "best vacation ever." The house, the location, Matthew and Ashley, and...well everything were amazing. The house offers amazing views, amenities and details that make for a perfect stay. Down to the little details such as fantastic cookware and comfortable furniture from room too room, it all made this vacation hard to leave. We hope to back as soon as we can!

Hôte : Ashley Prince

Image de profil de l’hôte
Hello from the Prince family!! We are Michiganders who love to visit the sun and the white sandy beaches of Florida. We fell in love with Bradenton Beach and its old Florida charm and we know you will love it too!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love this unique home that offers the best of both worlds--old Florida charm and modern updates. The outdoor space is private and the plush tropical trees and foliage offer great shaded space (the pool/spa is AMAZING!). We love to wake up with ocean views and enjoy coffee on the rooftop deck--you can't beat that ocean breeze!! We offer an upscale home with impeccable service in an extraordinary location. You will love it :)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home is very unique in that the sleeping spaces are very private and set on opposite sides of the home (with one master suite upstairs). If you love to vacation with your family, but have some privacy, this is the place for you! In addition, both of the master suites have their own private (exterior) entrance, making it easy to come and go without disturbing anyone else in your party.
