A Great Location

Nice property with many amenities conveniently located near Old Town Scottsdale. Clean, easy access with many things within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, bright, updated condo. Great location.

Condo was clean, bright and very nicely furnished. The location was great - within walking distance of the canal and a short drive to downtown Scottsdale. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable quaint condo

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property owner was great & was in great communication with us. The condo is very comfortable & spacious. They have just about everything you could need in the kitchen so cooking meals was very easy. Loved the showers & the balcony/patio! It's located very close within walking distance to the Fashion/Art district & Old Town Scottsdale. The pool is not heated & gets very little sun this time of year (November) so swimming wasn't really an option. We would highly recommend choosing this property!

Overall, the condo of worked out very well for us. We really liked the location. Frustrated at the pool was not heated and therefore totally unusable the whole time we were there. This particular unit needs some work done on its hot water system because it was impossible to take a full shower without water. We also purchased and left their coffee mugs, an extra set of silverware, and some wash rags as there were not enough of those things.

Good visit

The property was well maintained and conveniently located to old scottsdale. We were surprised by the lack of cable tv. There was no forewarning of this nor any instructions on site regarding how to access the channels that were available on the new system. Beds were super comfortable. Noticed the lack of sharp knives in the kitchen. There were only two knives and they were dull. Otherwise would stay here again.

This place was great. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The location was also great

My over all experience was good. I love the condo. It was a very nice place and great location. The owner was awesome. The check in process could have been more organized. I had to wait til last couple of hours to get the check in info. But once we were in i had no other issues. Only other thing I would recommend is maybe having cleaning supplies available so people can clean up after themselves.

Great updated Condo close to Old Town

Nicely renovated condo, light and bright. Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Owner of the property was a joy to work with and very quick to respond. Would stay again.
