Welcome to The Lofts in Downtown Clarksville, Hosted by Byers & Harvey! Our stylish condos are perfect for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Take a walk to Shelby Trio and sightsee on their rooftop bar. Enjoy our spacious living area with a full kitchen and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Enjoy high-speed internet for working remote or stream your favorite shows. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a long-term stay, we have everything you'll need for a memorable experience!

This fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is located on the second floor for easy access to the main public walkway. We offer a sofa pullout for additional sleeping, so we can accommodate small-medium sized groups up to 6 guests. The kitchen offers a full-size stove/oven, overhead microwave and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The main living & dining area provides plenty of space to enjoy a meal, relax on the couch, and stream your favorite shows! The bathroom is stocked with hotel-like amenities and emergency toiletries in case you forgot anything at home as well!

Guest Access:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive your custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

Very nice unit, well equipped, nice location. The road noise is a bit of an issue, at night, but owner supplied ear plugs and that helped. The tv is great but had trouble logging in to WIFI.

The apartment was just right. I stayed here while visiting my parents. It was exactly what I needed for a refresh, light meals, and morning coffee. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs or a white noise machine as the street can be a little loud at night.

Great location to hub of shopping and restaurants

This particular unit too close to busy street. Alot of traffic noise. Also A/C units were right outside our window which was also noisy. Great location to downtown Clarksville Apt was clean and cozy Beds were very comfortable which we appreciated!

Perfect and Helpful

The suite was the perfect location to attend our grandson's high school graduation held at Austin Peay University. The checkin was so simple after a day of flights feom the West Coast and the drive up from Nashville. All the directions and instructions were spot on! Communication was above and beyond!! When it was within the hour to checkout, a tornado warning alert came over our phones and the TV and then the torrential rain. Contacted the Owner and he called me! We stayed and extra 45 minutes to ensure a safe and dry exit! The helpful consideration is beyond the norm and we highly recommend the entire property!!! Bless you!!!

Disappointed with this unit and the management

I’m not ever one to complain but since there was so many and the management was so bad I have to be honest. Pros: It is walking distance to downtown and the F&M Arena. Cons: Communication with Management. I had to email, message through VRBO app and call to ask about how I check in and this was after I should have already been checked in. A person called me back with info and never apologized. The first full day of being there they sent me an email asking how my stay was and I told them how unhappy I was. With no response back from them. This is terrible considering I assume they asked because they want to give good customer service and none was given at all. Still no response. Loud Street: the 4 lane road with a speed limit of 50MPH is 5- 10 feet from the unit and when you’re in the living room and one of the bedrooms it sounds so loud like you’re standing on the sidewalk. It was still so loud at night too I didn’t sleep well at all on 3 nights. Cleanliness: the floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. There were other people’s hairs in the bath mat. Comfort: the living room furniture wasn’t comfortable and the beds weren’t either. I am so disappointed especially because the company has still never reached back to me at all. I don’t think I’ll ever stay with them again.

This was very close to the college and downtown, so restaurants and shopping were extremely convenient. The parking area felt very private and close to our room.

Great Stay In Clarksville

We chose this condo because they support APSU Baseball. We came down for a long baseball series and couldn't be happier with this condo. Friendly check in, great location near downtown, the condo was very clean, furnished with extras like coffee pods, water and extra toiletries. This company supports the university and provided a great stay. We will be back.

Our stay was nice and pleasant. We were grateful to find it on such short notice as our home was impacted by the tornado. Booking online and checking in was easy. The home was clean upon arrival. We would stay again.

College visit

Perfect spot for a college visit. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. We were able to walk to several places. A bit noisy due to the road right there but thats the city. I'd stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

The place is great. It is very nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils and even bottled water. Julian was amazingly responsive to all our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

One week Stay

I had a pleasant stay overall. The toilet seat is loose, the toilet runs on unless you adjust the handle, and I killed one large roach. Also, a few waters bottles would be nice. I will stay again. Thanks

Everything was perfect. Very clean. Very nice setup. Easy to get in and out. Parking right outside your door. Snacks and coffee was a nice addition. Bed was very comfortable. Huge TV with Roku. I would highly recommend this place
