This traditional chalet has vaulted ceilings with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Over 2800sq ft of finished living space.

After a day on the slopes, hiking, biking, shopping or golf, come back to your personal private retreat. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Holimont and Holiday Valley from your new leather sofas or 8' hot tub or maybe sitting on the deck. There's also a sauna for those that want to truly unwind.

Upper level has 3 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, big living room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and unobstructed view of the resorts. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with quality amenities. All new towels, linens, sheets, comfortable new beds and all supplies.

Lower level has the fun room or games room plus 2 more bedrooms. There's 2nd gourmet kitchen with bar area. The open main room has a new 65" TV, new ping pong table, new leather sofa, dining table and chairs. The sauna is in the lower level along with an adjoining bathroom and spacious shower. This entire lower level has heated floors throughout for a warm comfortable temperature.

All this is located just 1 mile away from downtown Ellicottville shops, restaurants, live music, bars and festivals. There are 3 breweries and a winery in town. The Gin Mill is a popular place to hear live music through the day.

- This is not a party house. The property is located in a private street with neighbors living year-round. Your cooperation is appreciated.

- Must be at least 28 years old to book

-No bikes, skiis, snowboards or other outdoor equipment is allowed inside the house.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security camera is located at the front of the house, facing out towards the street. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. There is also a back camera pointed to the backyard and side of the house away from the hot tub. Your privacy is important and will be respected.
