Minutes from the ski hills, 2 golf courses, Shy High Adventure Park, Salt Caves, horseback riding, kayaking in Zoar Valley, and much more. Perfect for a family retreat, men’s golf weekend, girls getaway or come for an outdoor adventure. It’s a spacious two-story four-bedroom 2 1/2 bath home that sleeps 8 adults and two children comfortably. In the evening with a dip in the hot tub or chill by the fireplace.

Great Place to Stay

This is an older farm house that has been fixed up very nicely. There was plenty of room and things to do. The walls are pretty thin, so if you have late to bed and late sleepers combined with early to bed and early risers, keep that in mind. Overall this was a great place to stay. Thanks!

Exactly what we needed

We had a great time. And the house was clean, the bedrooms were comfy. The temperature of the home was very comfortable. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Plenty of towels and dishes. I recommend it to anybody who would like a fun family weekend away to relax.

The house was great! Perfect location to the ski resort! House is fully equipped, hot tub was lovely after night skiing! Highly recommended this rental! We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room.

Great house for 2 families for a ski weekend!

Very spacious and clean house that perfectly accommodated our two families. Easy to drive in/out of town. Kids loved the games and hot tub. You can’t use the indoor fire place - FYI. We hope to be back again!

Relaxing adult weekend

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and out of town but a quick easy drive to everything happening in Town!! We had some plans in town for Saturday..but hung out a good bit at the house playing pool and just chatting! It was the perfect way to unwind!

Birthday stay

My daughter wanted a small trip instead of big party for her 16th birthday. Myself and a small group of her friends spent the weekend with her here. It was a great time and despite the weather, the girls took full advantage of the house amenities. It was clean and lots of room for all.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is kind and communicative. My family and I thought home was clean, spacious, and had beautiful finishes and woodwork. The great room with the high ceiling and exposed beams was a nice place to unwind after a long day. The Buffalo Bills gear that adorned the game room was fun and cool. We would definitely stay again. Great Get Away

We were in town for a family reunion in Springville. It was the perfect place for our family of 9. It was only about a 20 minute drive to Springville and 10 minutes to Ellicottville. The large kitchen and family area gave us a place to gather while there. The home has so much to offer, unfortunately we didn’t use any due to being with family until late. We were basically there to sleep and have breakfast. We would definitely rent again.
