Ce studio est situĂ© dans un cottage victorien construit en 1900. Bien que l'appartement se trouve au sous-sol, il reçoit beaucoup de lumiĂšre grĂące Ă  ses nombreuses fenĂȘtres (9). Son empreinte de 440 pieds carrĂ©s est confortable pour 1 ou 2 personnes. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e de casseroles, poĂȘles, couverts et verrerie. La salle de bain a une douche mais pas de baignoire. Convenient location

It got everything we needed for our stay including a full kitchen and laundry room. Note that you have to go up and down steps to access the unit and bathroom. It has limited lighting and stays cool, but it was not a problem since our stay was during summer. Depending on the guests renting the ground level, you might hear lots of noise from upstairs such as kids stomping and crying. Location is great. Nice to walm around. 30 min walk to downtown or CID.

Great location with so much to do in the area it made for a very enjoyable trip. The place is an and older property, but it feels very homey. There are some low ceilings so if you’re super tall, it may not be a fit and the toilet is on a pedestal so make sure to look at the pictures for that. Loved the communication with the host they were super responsive through the whole process. Would definitely stay here again my next trip to Seattle

very sweet little spot

Incredibly clean, well-provisioned, great and very convenient neighborhood (grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants withing easy walking distance), off-street parking, laundry, lovely hosts. I was here for 12 days for medical appointments and so appreciated having this cozy spot to come home to. Wonderful and affordable, and sooo clean which I really appreciated - would absolutely come back. Also, I got to meet Cindy briefly in passing - she was so kind and went out of her way to make an early check in possible. Highly recommend :---). Thank you Cindy and Jose!

better than a hotel by far!

We got a whole suite to ourselves, super private, in a really beautiful neighborehood. Downtown has its own charm, but you really cant beat the beauty of this area. It's a short drive into town, and the cafe (Katy's) on the corner is such a gem. Cant recommend enough! :)

Great Efficiency near Downtown

Great basement apartment in a nice neighborhood. Very convenient and walkable to restaurants, groceries and transportation. Nicely appointed to make this feel like a home away from home. Great home and location

This place truly felt like a home, from tasteful appointments to functionality, to the kind personal touch from the owners. The location is great, secluded but accessible, and I had no problems checking in or out. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Family Visit

Perfect location for visiting family who have an apartment in the Central District. Unit was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed walking to Katy's in the morning for coffee with sightings of Ana's Hummingbirds in a roadside garden and Bewick's Wren in the house shrubs. Easy, although hillly (this is Seattle), walk to PCC and restaurants around 23rd St. Outdoor lighting on sensors worked well when I returned at night. Heat and hot water worked well. The listing is accurate so be aware of the low ceiling and the step up toilet and shower. I did not find those quirks to be any problem. I hope to stay here again the next time I visit. Very happy I found this place.

Comfy place to stay

The hosts were kind and communicative. The unit was comfy and clean. The only thing to be aware of is stairs to get up and down from the unit, so definitely be aware of that if you use mobility aids or otherwise struggle with stairs.

Cutest little apartment!

My sister and I stayed here for 4 days while in Seattle for a Missy Elliott concert and we would have to say it was one of the most convenient locations! We opted to take the Lime scooters around town because we were never more than a 20 minute ride to all the places we wanted to go! The neighborhood is so sweet and we felt very safe riding around! We would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again!

Great little place in a cute part of Seattle!!

We were here for a wedding. This little place may not be fancy, but it was clean and very reasonably priced! I would stay here again!!
