The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and quiet vacation rental, perfect for rest and relaxation with friends and family. Our modern and cozy home features 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 7 seven bedrooms, each with its own unique design. The furnished backyard is a great spot for small hangouts seating 12 for relaxing or at a bonfire. We also have an outdoor dining space for ten. There's even one parking spot available in front of the house by the handicapped entrance ramp, with plenty of free street parking nearby.

The house is equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs allowing you to log into your streaming accounts to enjoy all your favorite TV shows and movies!

We've thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Our vacation rental is equipped with bright and beautiful decorations, easy check-in, and even Alexa to help make your stay easy and enjoyable. Whether you're in town for a short term visit or an extended stay, our vacation rental is the perfect home base for your trip. Come and experience the comfort and convenience of this lovely home.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire first and second floor of multifamily house. Guests also have access to the backyard. There is also one parking spot available in front of the house in front of the handicapped accessible ramp and plenty of free street parking.

The Neighborhood:
The property is surrounded by multi-family homes where a lot of young people and families live. The neighborhood is very welcoming and convenient with a supermarket around the block, a laundromat across the street, several restaurants, a barbershop and a lot more great places located within 2 minutes from the property.

The most beautiful beaches are located within walking distance, so you can easily visit Cummings beach, Cove beach and West beach during your stay. There are also several green spaces with playgrounds, restaurants and tennis courts close to the beaches.

Getting Around:
The bus stops just 100 feet away.
2 minutes to I-95 highway
3 minute drive to the Metro-North Station
3 mins to Harbor View.
4 minutes drive downtown
15 minutes walk downtown and train station.
Bicycling is easy and it's easy to take an Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Bookings must be made by persons over 21 years of age. Any booking by persons younger will be automatically rejected. If discovered during your event you agree to be immediately removed from the premises.

For stays over 14 days, an additional cleaning fee is required.
