Sydney was nothing less than amazing throughout the entire process of securing this property for some work friends and I to spend the Holiday on the lake. The location is perfect, and the entire place is breathe taking. If you need a place to stay out at the lake as well as getting the top of the line service and West Texas hospitality, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Fall Break

July 4th 23

Our family enjoyed the holiday week! The home is beautiful and fit the needs of our family perfectly. The kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. It is a short boat ride to gas, restaurants and just playing on the lake. Thank you Sydney for allowing us to borrow it for a few days! The Tate Family!

Just what we needed!

We had the BEST time at this property!! The location was great being so close to public boat ramp for my brother in law to be able to put his boat in. The dock was fantastic, and is where we hung out most of the time. Our group (of family and very close friends) always met at PK every summer for my moms birthday when us "kids" were growing up... this was the first time we have been able to ALL get together at PK in 11 years! The core memories made here will last a lifetime. We cannot wait to come back to North Shore!!

Fabulous!!!

We had a great stay at this perfect home on the lake. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked to accommodate cooking, the view of the lake was great, multiple refrigerators available to stock beverages for your stay. There is a fun, separate sunroom with twin beds with a lake view. That was perfect for our two 16 & 17 year old boys. The dock is wonderful. The kids had a blast using the rope swing to jump from the top deck into the water. The boat slip worked well and the two floating jet ski docks worked well for our jet skis. Sydney was amazing and very communicative during our stay. Overall our stay was a ten and a half!!!

A trip to remember

The property was great and exactly as advertised but the real selling point is the amazing way Sydney and her family handled a really difficult situation and put my family (not their rental) first. On the second day of our trip, there was a big fire at PK that threatened the property and eventually caused the power to go out. Sydney quickly located a safe place for me and my family to go to continue our vacation and worked through the VRBO process for a refund before we even finished our trip. Great home with amazing people. Will definitely stay there again for the people as much as the property.

Long overdue Family reunion

I almost hate to give a great review for fear we wont be able to get this place next year
 It was that good! We met here for a vacation with 2 other couples and our kids. The property was great and the hospitality was even better. From little details like cookies in the fridge (our littles loved making those) to the beds of varying softness and the sprayers that keep mosquitos away it seemed like they thought of about everything. The house is amazing, the boat dock is usable for those that need to park a boat, the fishing at night was a blast with the fishing light. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Awesome Lake Home

I rented this home to celebrate my oldest sons 50th birthday. This was hands down the nicest lake home! It has everything you need, all you have to do is bring your food and cloths! The lake was fabulous for boating and jet skiing. My family is in love with this place, we will come back! Sydney was such a pleasure dealing with all the questions, etc! Awesome place!

Quick weekend get away

This is a beautiful water front home I would definitely rent again. Once we got to the home we never left. The house had everything we needed. The outdoor space is amazing.

Great location

My family and I had a wonderful time! The home was perfect for a large family. All of the kids had a great time fishing and jumping from the dock while the adults enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and hot tub. I would definitely recommend to other families. It is a great location on the lake.

This house was nice.. Although the yard was over grown!! Spiderwebs everywhere.

We spent an hours cleaning this place. Also trash with old used babies dippers in the garage along with trash! The smell was terrible. We put this trash outside and you could still smell it !! We made the best of our stay.
