Welcome to Glasswater! A serene lakefront retreat with a private boat ramp, dock, cozy seating areas, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and stunning sunset views reflecting on the water. BRAND NEW TWO STORY WRAP AROUND DECK, Patio, and Hot Tub! Come enjoy this Possum Kingdom Lakefront cabin and enjoy some of the best sunsets on the lake. The large yard is perfect for entertaining with plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, with a massive new deck with tons of outdoor seating. Walk out the back door and enjoy fishing, kayaking and sliding into the lake from the dock. Bring your Boat and Jet Ski's as this property has a beautiful dock and private on-site boat ramp for easy lake access. Relax in the brand new outdoor hot tub after a long day of playing or fishing on the lake. The large covered patio with Weber Gas grill is perfect for entertaining and family cookouts. The built in bar and seating for 12 provides plenty of space to enjoy dinner right on the water. The patio is equipped with blue tooth speakers so you can connect and listen to your favorite music while enjoying a lakeside meal.

Inside you will find a newly remodeled home that sleeps 8 adults with room for 10 with kids in the loft. The kids will fall in love with their own private loft with foam mattresses to add extra sleeping space.

Work Trip

Great location for a work trip with peers. We set up shop at the dining room table all day, but we were able to take our meals outdoors and enjoy the beautiful setting. The outdoor space was our favorite.

Loved this property! Went to Graford for a Rocked B Ranch baseball tournament and this property gave us a vacation when we weren’t playing ball. The kids loved the kayaking & fishing. Outdoor space for grilling and hanging out was great for all! Plenty of space to accommodate guests! Saving this property for later if we return to the area!

Fun on the Lake

Very nice property on the water! We had a lot of fun fishing and kayaking with our teenage boys. House was clean and outside area was the best around. Would recommend staying for anyone that’s at Rocker B.

We really enjoyed our stay here in a quieter part of the lake. The home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for two couples given the recent updates. We really felt at home just lounging around and enjoying the views. We highly recommend staying here for the views, comforts, and welcoming hosts. 5 Stars

Wonderful place!

The outdoor space was fantastic with a large yard and lots of space for hanging out outside. We even got to see the cows and horses wandering down the street. We grilled almost every night and they provided plenty of propane and grilling tools. The private dock, boat launch and boat slip made it an ideal place for our vacation. The boat ramp was a bit slippery so just use caution when walking on it. The water was warm and the kids absolutely loved the floating swim pad. We did not use the hot tub. The house is well stocked and the air conditioning works well. The only thing we missed was a fly swatter since they seem to get in even when being careful with the doors. Overall, this is a fantastic property on a beautiful lake. The owners are also extremely nice and very responsive.
