Beautiful home, clean and comfortable. We were visiting the area for my son's baseball tournament and the property was close and the much better choice than the local hotels/extended stays. The host communicated and offered immediate assistance whenever needed. I highly recommend this property and the host.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Sebastian! The house was spacious and pristine. You can tell the owners take great pride in keeping the home clean and well maintained. The location was perfect—convenient to restaurants in Sebastian as well as boat ramps, which made getting out on the water easy. Having a place to park the boat was a huge plus and really added to the convenience of our stay. Our host was communicative, helpful, and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Sebastian. We will happily stay here again!

Snowbirder’s Paradise

The house is perfect for a long term rental. The location is ideal. Easy access to many main roads is a plus. The house is beautiful and more than well equipped. The backyard is spacious with a very private patio area. As we experienced, last year, Eddie, our host is always available and very helpful. We look forward to staying here again next winter.

Hurricane Milton

Didn't get to do to much while in town hurricane Milton was knocking at our door. The owners of property had the storm shutters put on before the hurricane. For the protection of home and for us. Thank you for doing that. Hope to stay again in Feb

Cozy Little Home

Cutest little two bedroom/two bath home! It was very well appointed and from what we could tell, there was nothing more to be added. All living spaces were very spacious. We especially loved the outdoor space with its large fenced in yard and a beautiful sitting area complete with overhead fan, flat screen tv and a grill. Shopping and restaurants were very close by! Eddie, per usual, was very helpful and accommodating and always a pleasure to work with. I always try to book one of his properties solely based on my interaction with him and his reputation!
