Summary:

This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground level condo with a heated pool is a great choice for a comfortable and easy vacation in Big Bear Lake. The Primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and twin bed, as well as a twin pull out. Fast Wi-fi. Free Arcade game. Easy pool and spa access from the private outdoor deck. Walk to lake. Close to slopes and Village.



The Space:

The condo also includes a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, and kitchenware. Each room has a Smart TV with cable and streaming channels, and there's fast Wi-Fi available at 400 mbps. The condo also features a log burning fireplace and a propane BBQ on the deck



Guests have access to the pool and spa from the ground level deck, which is open year-round. The condo is conveniently located steps from the lake and Boulder Bay Park, and is also near the famous Castle Rock Hiking Trail. Guests can walk to nearby kayak and bike rentals or to the transit service to go to the close ski resorts and village.



It's also worth noting that the condo has been newly furnished with recessed lighting, and parking is available right in front of the unit. Overall, this is a great option for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Big Bear with easy access to outdoor activities and amenities.



In the winter, guests can get 10% off ski rentals, and in the summer, they can get 10% off kayak and bike rentals at Get Boards rental shop. This condo is a great choice for a simple and affordable vacation in Big Bear with all the necessary amenities.

Everything is great except for the bunk bed in the second bedroom. It is close to falling apart. Whenever the person upstairs moves, the entire bed is shaking and making big quirky sound. They really need to upgrade the bunk bed.

Amazing Experience

Mario was such a great host and made everything so simple. The condo was so beautiful and is 15 minutes to bear mountain. It had everything we needed. The board rental across the street for easy pickup and drop off. Jacuzzi was warm and clean!

Boulder Bay

We stayed two nights. The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Bed was comfortable and everything worked. So close to Boulder Bay and a short drive to the village. Wonderful stay!

Great place for a family visit to Big Bear

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Mario was very professional and friendly in his communication with me. He made sure I had detailed information for my arrival and checked in with me during the stay to see if I had any questions. The unit was comfortable, clean, and convenient. The property is about 10-15 minutes from the Big Bear ski resorts (Bear Mountain and Snow Summit), and about 5-10 minutes from downtown Big Bear. We did not use the spa facilities, but several other groups did, and it looked like they enjoyed it. The kitchen had all the basics and the bathrooms were well-maintained. Would definitely consider booking this place again for a future Big Bear trip

Clean Condo Great Location

The stay was just as advertised! Clean, stocked and on a lower level. Walking in we just said "Wow" We came for our daughters wedding, and had the Grand kids over for (1) night & next afternoon. Perfect summer getaway

Thank you Mario for allowing my little family to stay in your poolside condo this summer weekend. The parking is free and is walking distance not only to the lake, but to pizza, a liquor store and breakfast so there are some nice conveniences. Booking was easy as could be and all the instructions land in your inbox. Arriving, parking was easy right in front of the front door and just use the key code. Be sure to lock the door behind you if you have kids because little hands get curious! Super cute Condo with touches of home: great, modern master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a washer/dryer for those staying longer. There are instructions by the door and lights/remotes are labeled for convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped in the open floor plan. There is heat but no AC in the summer which was fine - there are fans! Cute view to the pool, my niece lives for pools! She enjoyed the bunk bed as kids do and slept like a rock - she had her own en suite bathroom. Thank you so much again - we will consider staying next time!

Birthday getaway

Our stay was very easy and simple. The place was very clean. I was shocked that there was no a/c but there were plenty of fans throughout the condo that worked well with the windows open at night. We really enjoyed the throwback ms packman arcade game We had a very comfortable stay.

Great Location near all the important things in Big Bear.

Great Location, Close to the Village. Parking was convenient and abundant. We got snowed in a bit and the unit had all the right elements to make it comfortable. My kids loved the retro Arcade Game. Kitchen was well stocked and efficient for any cooking needs. Appliances were all working. A few niggles with hardware that needed maintenance and a few spots missed by the cleaners. Overall this place is great. I can't wait to come back in the summer.

Loved this place. Very communicative owner. They accidentally charged me 5x (nearly $2000) for a stay that’s under $500. Owner was responsive and refunded me immediately. Would stay here again. Just make sure they only charge you 1x for your stay. Lol

Big bear stay

We loved our time here! This cute condo worked out perfectly for our family with children. Our kids loved the bunk beds, loved the old style arcade games, and we thoroughly enjoyed dips in the hot tub. Everything was clean and tidy and we'll definitely be staying here again!!

Comfortable, Well stocked, Great Location

Positives: This ground level condo is clean (for the most part) comfortable and well stocked with just about everything you would need (except Kleenex and sugar/sweetener). Furniture and appliances are attractive and in excellent condition. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of miles from the main shopping and dining area of Big Bear. Many thoughtful touches such as labeling all light switches, providing TVs in both bedrooms, and many coffee pods for the Keurig machine. Negatives for me are that in several rooms, baseboards, doors and some wall areas were grimy and marred with black marks from shoes, luggage, etc. Several doors were quite dirty around the door handle. Little privacy when blinds are opened: public walkways and parking lots are directly adjacent to this unit so any passerby can see directly into the rooms.

Very nice

We loved the little cozy/ clean/ well equipped condo. It’s nice that there is a pool and hot tub. Everything worked perfect and we didn’t have any issues. We will recommend this place 100% Oh! And the most important thing: there is a Mrs. Pac-Man machine!!! That was fun! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed this condo and all it's comforts (kitchen etc.). It was easy location to everything. Walk to restaurant and market, Boulder pay park, kayak...very convenient.
