This home is one of 3 available in the cove, so we can now accommodate groups of up to 36! Spacious across two stories, with lots of parking, a gently sloped lot, large deck and fantastic private dock!

Place was amazing easy to get to. Dock was fun and neighbors were nice. It’s close to everything you need to have fun. We went over a bachelor weekend during CFB opening weekend, so kinda wish the tvs were a little more updated. Tried to do a little night cornhole but the deck lighting was tricky to figure out but once we seen they were solar we got it. Leaving the driveway was tough due to the over grow. But this is all constructive criticism. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic Stay w/ Fantastic Hosts

6 people in our group and our German Shepherd. House was immaculate. Patio was amazing. Dock, water bike, kayaks, and paddle boards made available. Easy check in and check out. Greatcommunication with owners. Overall amazing experience.

Memorial Weekend Celebration

First I would like to say the property was so beautiful. The owners were also very responsive and super friendly as well. They made everything so easy for us. There were 10 of us that stayed at the property and there was plenty of space for us all. We would 100% stay here again

Loved it!

The house was perfect for our large family. Great location. We drove no more than 15 minutes to get to a gas station and grocery store. The neighbors were friendly and waved from time to time. The amenities of the house were spot on to the description. The kitchen had everything you could have needed and then some. The dock was stocked with paddle boards, kayaks and there was a two person pedal bike. THAT was fun! My brother was a little cranky that there was not tv's in the bedrooms... But that just forced him to stop being a recluse and socialize. Plenty of tables and chairs to either eat dinner at, play cards/games at or just set a drink on and chat. We enjoyed our stay. If we ever take another trip to LOTO we will keep this property in mind.

Great Swim Cove

Very well stocked house and plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. Great cove for swimming and dock to swim from. Plenty of chairs, tables and even use of kayaks and upscale paddle boat.

Wonderful stay on the lake

This is the second year that we have stayed at the house. Everything was great! House is stocked with everything you could need and there is plenty to do on the dock! Check in/out process is easy!

Summer vacation

Overall the stay was great! The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because the oven and grill had difficulties functioning correctly. However, Jeff was very responsive to our difficulties! Despite this, I would stay at this property again. Great location.

Great Vacation

Great family fun.

Everyone swam, paddle boarded, kayaked, fished and socialized on the dock through out the day and had a wonderful time. So much fun catching up and when my grand daughter did her magic tricks it was quite delightful. Great place to get together. Thank you so much for such a great place to stay.

Great place Great location overall

Our friends & families had a great time, location was perfect for our travel, easy access, only a few thing we might not read it right when we booked, that we were looking for 3 bathrooms, it was more of 2.5 bath. One family has a baby so we gave up master bedroom to them with a bath, so the other 3 families had to share 1.5 bath, but it worked out ok. A/C works great the owner left the A/C on nice and almost too cold for us when we arrived, but very much appreciated. Place got nice swimming cove/dock and lots of extras at the dock. The kids love it. You might want to fix the sliding glass door, we could only open to fit 1 person. It was a bit hard and we didnt want to force it opened. The house is clean and in great condition, patio and gas grill area was very nice, great view. A great place for gathering, very well communication from owner, highly Recommended! Thank you!

4th of July getaway

We wish we could have stayed longer!! Beautiful, spacious and clean. Quiet cove..perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. Or just hanging out enjoying the peace and quiet. We will definitely remember this house. We will be back!! Jeff and Andrea were extremely helpful!

We have been renting since 2015, when we bought and took over from some friends of ours. We added a second home in January 2019 and were amazed how many people wanted to rent both together. Since both houses weren't always available at the same time, we jumped on the opportunity to add this 3rd, spacious home in the same cove, just seconds away from our other two properties. We pride ourselves in providing the best, turn-key vacations on the Lake. Water toys and kayaks/paddleboards are at your disposal, and We keep our kitchens fully stocked with modern appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you'd want.

Located in Horseshoe Bend, about 3.5 mile marker, It is a great family home, and so very close to our other two homes, just seconds by pedalboat, or a 5 house walk away from our others, it creates a unique opportunity for family get-togethers.

Spacious lot gives privacy, and the safe, protected cove, gently sloping lot, and lots of parking, a fantastic deck, patio and dock, this home lets you enjoy all the Lake has to offer, even on the busiest of Holiday weekends. Close to shopping, groceries, the famous 'Bagnell Dam Strip' and with quick access by water or land to restaurants, while being in a calm cove, great for fishing, swiming, and trying your hand at a new water activity!

Minutes away from the Four Seasons' two golf courses, and a short drive away from some of the other unique features of the Lake Area, including State Parks, Caverns, and wineries.
