I was lucky to be born & bred in Devon UK, but moved to Iowa USA in 1999.
Hence the name "Pilgrims Paradise"

I am a Mum to 2 boys and have a wonderful husband who supports me in this venture. We visit Florida as much as we can and usually when we are there for a holiday we end up fixing, painting, shopping 🤣

I am an avid 49ers & IA Hawkeyes fan and you will hear me screaming at the TV during the football season 💛🖤🏈💛❤️ #GoHawkeyes #KittleYourTheMan

We have had many happy memories of holidays in the USA. Staying in hotels, motels and villas, but 2014 after a horrible stay in an villa we decided we could do better!!

We purchased our first vacation rental in West Haven Aug 2014 and have been renting as an owner since 2015.

It has been a big learning curve, but with a pride in creating an excellent customer service experience for our guests and ensuring our villas meet our high standards in cleanliness and decor.
Our business has continuing to grow and we have now a 2nd Villa in our Pilgrims Paradise Portfolio in the fabulous gated resort community of Solterra from Sept 2019.

We have been blessed to be able to share our lovely villas with our guests from all over the world and excited to welcome them return back each year..... So we must be doing something right!

This Luxury villa is professionally decorated, modern and meticulously maintained.
We like to this of our villas as you " Home Away from Home" and our guests return frequently after they stay with us, which is a great complement.

This villa has optional heated pool/spas with oversized lanai that is not overlooked due to the nature reserve behind the villa.
It is located in one of the best of locations in the area - no rear neighbors, southern exposure & sun or covered areas to relax in.

We have 2 huge King Master suites upstairs one with a king sleep number bed which is like sleeping on a cloud and a themed Mickey Mouse bedroom.

A queen bedroom suite downstairs, which is suitable for guests who do not wish to use the stairs.

Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make you feel like you are home and they have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

There is FREE High Speed WiFi and 4K Smart ROKU TV's. Check out our amazing Harry Potter games room with 8ft Slate Pool Table!

All you need is your sunscreen, flip flops and bathing suit for a fantastic vacation!
