La villa de 2 étages est située à seulement 12 minutes en voiture de Disney, à 20 minutes du centre-ville de Disney. Le complexe commercial Champions Gate est à seulement quelques minutes de la villa pour tous les éléments essentiels avec un supermarché Publix, une station-service, un McDonalds et un restaurant Chili.

La Villa dispose de 5 chambres et 4 bains, elle est entièrement climatisée, meublée et équipée au plus haut niveau. Les cinq chambres comprennent deux chambres lits jumeaux, un roi et deux reines. Il y a un baloney qui s'étend sur toute la maison au deuxième étage offrant une vue magnifique sur la réserve naturelle derrière la maison.

Il y a une salle à manger formelle, deux salons, une cuisine équipée avec bar et une salle de jeux entièrement équipée avec table de billard et air hockey.

À l'extérieur, des portes-fenêtres mènent à une belle grande piscine et un spa. La maison est orientée au sud, vous avez donc le beau soleil sur la piscine privée et le spa toute la journée. La piscine est entièrement grillagée et dispose d'un grand espace, parfait pour bronzer. Nous avons également une clôture de sécurité de piscine amovible par mesure de sécurité pour les familles voyageant avec des enfants.

La buanderie est fournie dans une buanderie climatisée séparée et comprend une machine à laver et un sèche-linge (ce qui signifie faire la lessive avant de rentrer à la maison, déballer vos valises à votre retour et mettre tous vos vêtements propres dans les tiroirs ou la penderie tout en rappelant ce que vous faisiez deux semaines auparavant).

Cette maison offre un havre de paix pour revenir après l'agitation d'une journée dans les parcs. Alternativement, c'est une base relaxante pour se prélasser autour de la piscine ou s'imprégner de la thérapie du Spa.

The home was clean, beds extremely comfortable, and OMG talk about fully stocked kitchen Only issue which should be in the description is 2 cars per house. Community has no overflow parking and they will tow. But if you have extra cars talk with host bwfore hand to help with accomodations. Also, this home is not in a resort. Its a basic HOA community. Nice and quiet!

The villa was in an excellent location and perfect for all our holiday needs. There were so many benefits, too numerous to mention here. To name a few: the heated pool was lovely and such a fabulous way to end (or start) our days out; access to all the parks was easy and within a good, reachable distance; the villa's environment was very quiet and peaceful; the kitchen was lovely - we were glad we purchased the Welcome Pack as this really helped us on our arrival after a very long flight. We would highly recommend the villa to anyone wanting to stay on Orlando!

This is a delightful and well maintained villa on the eastern part of The Shire, which means that it enjoys the sun over the pool area throughout the day. It is well situated for the amenities of Champions Gate, and is 30-40 mins from Universal. For a family, or a couple not enamoured of the hustle and bustle of International Drive, it could not be more ideal

We had an excellent time! The owner and management team were amazing and any questions or concerns before and during our trip were answered in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again. We would recommend an ungrade to the microwave and the blinds on the slider door. Great area to stay in around eveything, emerency, food, grocery, gas and the parks were only like 20 min away. Overall a great place to stay!

Holly was great! Her home had everything we needed. The garbage disposal brke 1st fullday and the management sent someone immediately a replaced it quickly. The only issue that arised was that 1 of our 2 vehicles parked in the driveway was towed away 268. 3 neighbors as well. I believe the towing company scams vacation rentals specifically. My complaint is that nothing in the home rules gave notice or gave a warning that if a vehicle touches the sidewalk they tow. It really made our trip disappointing. No fault to owners other than no information that we could have been aware. She did offer to cover 1/2 of the 268. The house had nice bedrooms and bathrooms for 10 ladies. Kitchen well stocked for aiding our meals. All and all nice

I’m very sorry about the issue with the vehicle being towed, as I completely understand how frustrating that must have been during your trip. The local parking guidance is included within the villa information that is sent with the arrival details, although I appreciate that with a lot of information to go through before a trip it can sometimes be easily overlooked and that’s is why we were happy to help with the cost. Following your feedback, I have now made the parking note much more visible and added a picture clearly showing where not to park so it’s easier for future guests to see. Spiderwebs on outside furniture and screens over the pool, dead bugs in the corners of carpet areas, microwave door was broken but we could still use it, no hot water in one of the upstairs bathroom, had to buy light bulb and shower curtain (was filthy) for one bathroom upstairs.

We’re a family-loving couple from the UK who fell head over flip-flops for Florida back in 2012. In our second year of marriage, we bravely (some might say boldly) took on a big family holiday to the Sunshine State and we were instantly hooked. Between the sunshine, the smiles, and the service, we knew Florida was our kind of place.

After watching way too many episodes of A Place in the Sun (yes, we were hooked on that too!), we found ourselves at a property roadshow in the UK, met the wonderful team at Homes of America, and just six months later… we were on a plane to find our dream Florida home!

Our villa is located in the peaceful community of West Haven in Davenport a perfect little escape from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, while still being just a short drive from all the excitement.

What we love most about the area is the balance. It’s quiet and relaxing after a fun-filled day at the parks, but still conveniently close to everything you need. Within minutes, you’ll find fantastic shops, restaurants, and golf courses—and Walt Disney World is just a short drive away.

One of our favorite features is that the villa overlooks a beautiful nature reserve. It’s the kind of place where you can sip your morning coffee on the balcony, listen to the birds, and still make it to Space Mountain by lunchtime!

Whether you're here for theme parks, shopping, golf, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine, West Haven is the perfect base to enjoy it all at your own pace.
