Mitsue's Cottage is bright and open, with a cute front porch and spacious back deck. The house features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and a utility room. The relaxing sound of the creek and nearby waterfalls is a special feature, and its proximity to both Marina at Rowena and Grider Hill Dock make it a great choice for a Lake Cumberland vacation.

A wonderful stay as always. We have stayed here multiple times as we love this property. Tammy was able to make almost last minute accommodations for us due to my mom's funeral and we were so appreciative. We usually come in the warmer months so that we can enjoy the outdoor amenities. They always think of every little thing to make your stay comfortable. We hope to return again under better circumstances.

Stayed at this property several times and it’s always clean and well stocked with everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. Close to Rowena Marina for lake access and boat ramp. Love all the outdoor seating and fire pit and front porch for morning coffee. The waterfall on the property is beautiful. Great place to stay and one of my favorite VRBO properties.

Great stay

The host was great! Had storms while we were there and she offered us the basement in case of emergency and contacted us as soon as the power went out with updates and next steps! Would recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful country setting

Perfect peaceful getaway

Gorgeous property. Loved the creek & waterfall, the back yard set up with fire pit & hammocks. The house was spotless; had everything we needed. Close to Cumberland Lake. Beautiful scenery.

Just loveky

This is our second time staying here this Summer. The house is very clean, has everything you need and the outdoor area and waterfall are a nice bonus. Close to Marina Rowena where we always rent a temporary dock for our ski boat. We had a lovely stay and will be back next year!

Beautiful & relaxing

This was our second stay at this beautiful and comfortable farmhouse. It was a week of intermittent rains, but we still had a great time. The owners checked in to make sure we were okay and had dry firewood for campfires.

The Best home away from home

The page doesn't do it justice. It is beautiful, clean,has so much space, outdoor space, hammocks, fire pit, and everything you need to stay. The decor is amazing. And there is a waterfall just a short walk down the crick. Tammy was amazing at keeping contact and checking in was a breeze. No paperwork, Nothing just the booking and payment. Tammy made it effortless. She has everything you need to make your own meals. Nice meals at that. We only went out to eat once and it saved us a load of money.
