Welcome to our newly remodeled home! Just minutes away from Sunset and Star Point Marinas. Enjoy the quietness as you start your day! Relax on one of two patios located on each side of the home. After a busy day, you can relax by the fire with a complimentary bottle of wine. Bass boat electrical hookup available. The basement is the GAME ROOM with Air Hockey, Foosball and a vintage Atari console game. Personal game console hookup is available on the basement TV.

A very great stay! The property is so well done! Outside is beautiful and inside is cosy and comfortable! All the bases covered-It is a very quiet area - the morning sunrise is wonderful on the front porch- we had a lovely evening fire on the side patio in the fire pit Just a restful stay! We loved it

Peaceful

We loved the property. It was so peaceful! We enjoyed the fire pit, the grill and the kids LOVED the game room! Easy check in/out! Close to the Wolf Marina so we were able to get a pontoon for a day and even went kayaking on the river!!

Paradise

Property was wonderful, up to date deco, remodeling, just so cute! Would definitely stay here again with my family. We had eight people and had so much room, not on top of each other. Great location, loved the front porch. Dale Hollow Lake is our favorite vacay spot.

Great renovated property

We were in town to enjoy Dale Hollow lake with our teens and their friends. Fit 6 teenagers and two adults comfortably. Ten quick minutes to sunset marina. I’m a runner and was able to get some miles in around Byrdstown proper. The property was as listed and looked to be recently renovated. It has everything you need and want. Kids loved the fire pit out back as well as the game room! Easy check in and out.

Great Location

We had a great stay! First, the beds
oh my, the beds! They were so cozy and comfortable! We didn’t have to go out and buy more trash bags or toilet paper, which is something we usually have to do. They provided tide pods and fabric softener sheets which was great! The basement was great and so much fun! The neighborhood was quiet and serene. I loved the location of this house! I felt like it took no time to get anywhere. We definitely plan on staying again in the future! The host was pleasant and thorough! Thanks for a great visit!

Perfectly Awesome!

Attention Bass Anglers!! This is a perfect place to stay for that big bass tournament or just fun fishing. You can easily park 4 rigs at this property. And there is two separate outlets to plug in your boats. As far as the house goes it’s perfect. Plenty of room. It’s perfect for 4 guys but can sleep 6 using the top bunks. Tracy is great at communicating and will answer any questions. I personally can’t wait to go back. You won’t be sorry. I promise. P.S. If you’re going north on 111 don’t turn where Google Maps says to turn on Beason. Go another half mile to the north entrance of Beason. Much easier than going through the hills. Thanks Tracy!!
