The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The river view home is 0.5 miles from public boat ramp for fishing & less than 0.25 miles from several parks. It is half way between Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach Causeway bridges to the beach, which are each 3 miles to the beach either way. The Ocean Center Convention Center is close by. You can also access the waterway, new Pictona Pickle Ball facility and golf courses just minutes away. You can have access to kayaks, as well as several bikes & a grill. If you are Freedom Boat Club members there is a club close by and several parks with docks to load from.

I booked the home for my son’s graduation from ERAU. We had family with some of his best friends come and stay at the home. Perfect location The house had everything we needed and even more! There was so much space for everyone to gather, eat and even just hang out!If we find ourselves back in the area, I will definitely book this home again!!

Wonderful Family House

The house was not only able to accommodate a large family, but also had toys, games and a ready to go coffee and tea bar. This definitely was a great house and me and family look forward to coming back.

Great location

This is my third time staying here. Hostess is fantastic to work with, quick to respond. Has a great supply of kitchen utensils to be able to feed large crowds and lots of stuff to use for the beach.

Amazing home even better host

Our team rented this house for a competition weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better home, host or location. It was well worth the money and very cost effective. We had everything we needed and it was within minutes of the beach.

This property was absolutely the best. It was clean and big rooms. There were plenty of towels and other every day items to make our stay perfect. Also, having a washer and dryer was great.

This property was super spacious and was able to accommodate 12 people easily. With the 12 people, there was plenty of space so we didn't feel "overwhelmed" with the entire family being there at one time.Michelle was super patient and accommodating with me as this was my first experience using VRBO. Family vacation

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was close to everything that you might need, and the view of the Bay is a beautiful. Only a few minutes from the beach. As well as the outlet mall right down the road. This property has anything and everything one or a family may need while on vacation. They have truly prepared the whole house to meet any and all of your needs while on vacation. If we choose Daytona for our family vacation again, we will definitely be staying at this location.

Pictona Weekend

This place is amazing. We were a group of women who came to play pickleball at Pictona. The house has all kinds of fun activities - ping pong, games, bikes... and a great layout. The host responded to our requests within minutes. Best place we have stayed at, and we will be back. Thank you.

Family Wedding at the Crystal Ball Room

We had 10 adults, one baby and a 2 year old. We attended a wedding at the Crystal Ball room and it was a short 2 mile drive from the house. The house had a portable crib and toys for the 2 year old. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect family vacation home!

The house was close to anything you could possibly need. The host was amazing and available when needed, didn't need for much but she was available when did. Only a hour and 10 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando. House was very clean and had everything we needed. House was very roomy for having 7 kids in it. Would definitely come back and stay again. House was just perfect for us!
