Grandes activités printaniÚres: nous sommes situés à moins de 24 km du parc sportif du comté de Charlotte, qui est le centre d'entraßnement de printemps du baseball pour les Rays de Tampa Bay et le site ouvert toute l'année pour les crabes de Charlotte Stone.

Construit en 2007, maison conçue et décorée par des professionnels située à quelques pas du sable.

DEUX suites parentales avec lits king size, une chambre avec lits superposés avec deux ensembles de lits superposés et une autre chambre avec deux lits jumeaux à baldaquin antique. Baignée dans des tons de terre tropicaux chauds, cette maison dispose de beaux planchers de bois franc dans les espaces de vie et de salles de bains carrelées haut de gamme. Le plan d'étage «à l'envers» comprend quatre chambres à l'étage d'entrée et un étage supérieur à couper le souffle avec des plafonds cathédrale de 15 pieds avec une coupole lumineuse. Appareils en acier inoxydable. Plans de travail en granit. Belle piscine récréative flambant neuve (avec plongeoir) à proximité.

Ceci est largement considéré comme la meilleure rue de l'ßle, avec des rassemblements nocturnes au coucher du soleil avec nos voisins résidents à temps plein. Vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir!

Manasota Key (ou Englewood Beach) est situé juste en bas de la route de Boca Grande. Prenez 20 minutes en voiture de l'enclave cÎtiÚre la plus exclusive de Floride et émerveillez-vous devant la célÚbre et historique Gasparilla Inn. Grands magasins et restaurants. Gardez les yeux ouverts pour les célébrités et la famille Bush, qui passent réguliÚrement des vacances ici.

There was nothing about this stay that didn’t exceed expectations! Host was so great to work with and checked in to make sure everything was great- IT WAS. Have never seen more “included” in a rental and we’ve stayed in nearly a dozen over the years. The location was spectacular and with bay to gulf access we watched every sunrise and sunset for the week. 4 bathrooms and the beach sold us at booking, but the amazing home and 360 degree views from multiple decks on the house blew us away- walk outside and in a few steps (I consider this home beachfront) you’re on the beach. We stayed as 6 adults (our grown children and partners) and was the perfect place. Could have easily added more people space wise but Mom and Dad are selfish . We travel each winter to sun and beach (Cabo, Key West, St Croix) but this stay wins! Relaxation and luxury across the board, thank you Lynda and family for letting us enjoy your home!

This beach home is beautiful and has great views of the beach! We are a party of 6-three couples-and had the best time making memories here! We loved walking the beach every morning after our coffee, looking for shark teeth and shells (found so many) then going back to make sandwiches and snacks before spending the afternoon on the beach. The home is within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants where we had great meals and drinks nightly! We used Stumpys Free Ride for our commute back to the house a couple nights and walked the beach back on the other nights! The sunsets on the beach are top notch and we enjoyed them nightly!

This place was absolutely perfect! The views were spectacular! We enjoyed every second of our stay. The beach was the most beautiful beach I’ve seen in Florida and I originally from Tampa. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I would have and really it’s just preference is that having TV’s in our rooms would have been nice. But again such a beautiful few days of being with family to build new memories after the loss of my son two years ago. This house and it’s serene view brought me joy and some much needed peace in my heart.

Perfect Family Getaway

This is a beautiful, very well maintained home just steps from a wonderful beach. Everything we could possibly need was there waiting for us, from beach equipment, to kitchen gadgets and spices. Communication with our host was also wonderful. We plan on returning next summer!

STAY HERE!

Beautiful house! Wonderful location! Gracious host! It has everything you could ever need in a beach house! We had a group of 2 couples with our 4 adult kids (in their 20s) and it met every need we had. Would be perfect for small kids too. We loved the super easy walk to the beach, proximity to restaurants, comfy beds, and came home with a ton of beautiful shells. Highly recommend!!!
I spent a lot of my time on the balcony in the early mornings and evenings.

We have been vacationing in Englewood quite often over the past few years, and this is my new favorite house to stay in. It has everything you need, is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything in great condition. It is steps from the private beach. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect view, Perfect location , Perfect get away!

Property was clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed everything about this house. Only a 2 minute walk to beach to collect an array of seashells and soak up the sun. We saw sea turtles and manatees in the water. Chairs,towels and anything you may need were provided. Outdoor shower with towel hooks and picnic table / chairs to relax to dry off. We spent several mornings drinking coffee and nights on the upper deck watching the sunset and playing board games. Plenty of parking. The neighbors were friendly and told us to let them know if we needed anything at all. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing get away feet from to the beach. Beautiful family friendly beach house

Absolutely beautiful beach home. Fantastic layout for sharing with friends or family. Very quiet stretch of beach just a few steps away, close enough for a baby monitor during nap time (we had a one year old in our party)! Also a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Fantastic sunsets! Super friendly and responsive host/owner, and that special feel of actually staying in someone’s home that they use vs. just a pure vacation rental.

Best Beach Vacation

This house was perfect!! Beautiful inside and out with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed fishing from the beach, the Sand Bar for lunch and local fish from the market. House was well stocked with supplies for the beach and host was terrific with excellent communication. We have been to the area several times and this was by far and away our best trip. Just an amazing house and we cannot recommend it enough!!!!

This home is owned by two brothers and our families. We love sand, saltwater, swimming and especially fishing. We chose Manasota Key because it is quiet, uncommercialized and still represents the beautiful and unspoiled old Florida.

We selected Manasota Key due to its overall ease of access (vs other barrier islands), close proximity to regional/international airport, abundant restaurants and great grocery stores.

We love our return guests who return year after year and who love our quiet little island as much as we do. We have an extraordinarily high ratio of return guests and referrals vs other hosts.

Our street is widely regarded as the best streets on the island. Sunset is a time of gathering every night. Guests may decide to celebrate sunsets from the beach or from the convenience of any one of our three porches. Tradition calls for ringing the mounted bell on the top deck as the sun falls below the horizon.
