Unité A-412: Un plan d'étage aéré et ouvert et un emplacement à quelques pas de Kamaole Beach Park III en font une propriété de vacances populaire à Kihei. La résidence spacieuse mesure plus de 1100 pieds carrés, avec 2 chambres à coucher, 2 nouvelles salles de bain et une véranda privée (patio). Votre condominium de luxe vous offre l'intimité et le confort de votre propre maison. Nous sommes les propriétaires et nous accordons le rabais de commission directement à nos clients. De nombreux invités, venus du monde entier, ont apprécié de rester dans notre condominium année aprÚs année.

Le condo a deux chambres à coucher principales, un grand salon et salle à manger, une nouvelle cuisine entiÚrement équipée (avec comptoirs en granite), une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur et la climatisation dans chaque piÚce. Les couchages comprennent:

La chambre n ° 1 comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative avec douche et grande baignoire.
La chambre n ° 2 a deux lits jumeaux (simples) et une salle de bain privĂ©e avec douche. Ces lits jumeaux peuvent ĂȘtre rapprochĂ©s pour former un roi. Des draps supplĂ©mentaires sont fournis.
Le salon a un canapé-lit queen.

Ce condominium est une unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ© orientĂ©e au sud qui offre Ă  nos clients des fenĂȘtres supplĂ©mentaires et un ensoleillement supplĂ©mentaire. Avec le plafond voĂ»tĂ© et le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert, cette rĂ©sidence a beaucoup de lumiĂšre et une sensation surdimensionnĂ©e. L'A-412 est situĂ© sur le cĂŽtĂ© "plus calme" du premier bĂątiment du complexe ... cela minimise le bruit de la rue et offre un peu d'intimitĂ©. A-412 a Ă©galement une vue lointaine sur l'ocĂ©an Pacifique.

Haleakala Shores possÚde une piscine privée qui scintille dans le jardin. Votre condo est calme et paisible. il ne reçoit pas le bruit de la rue ou le bruit de la piscine.

Les '3 Kamaoles', Kamaole Beach I, II et III, sont 3 magnifiques plages (la plus grande de Kihei) pour toutes sortes d’activitĂ©s nautiques. Ils ont une excellente natation, plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, plongĂ©e et bronzer Ă  seulement 100 mĂštres de votre porte.

Comfortable condo in great location

Have stayed at this property multiple times and would stay again. The location is close to desired spots in Kihei. Also across from a favorite beach park with lifeguard, play equipment and bathrooms. You can even see turtles there.

Amazing stay

This was a perfect property to stay and enjoy Maui! Highly recommend walk to good and beaches easy! Kids loved the boogie boards. A/C was perfect for those muggy days we stayed in for lunch!

Nice location,couldn't enjoy the pool due to covid rules no more then 10 people.

Overall nice place to stay, we extended an extra day which was no hassle process. Wish the 2nd room had an ac unit too, came with most of the amenities you would need for your stay.

Great location and quiet condo

We loved our stay! Beds were comfortable, house was fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, towels etc. a few things to be aware of- the parking spot is horrible! Very hard to get in and out of. And the pool has very strict rules- no inflatables, no music, and no games. Other than that, our stay was perfect and no complaints!

Last week of 2022!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Fantastic location, so close to the beach, amenities and highway access. Loved that the condo had a full kitchen, wash and dryer, beach chairs, A/C, two bathrooms, and private balcony. Property owner was great with communication and accommodated us when I needed to extend my stay due to unforeseen circumstances. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! Thank you for a perfect getaway for my family.

Wonderful location

Right across the street from the beach. Owner is excellent to work with. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. Parking is a little tight for a large vehicle but we parked a BMW suv with no problem. Just follow the owners instructions which are very thorough down to the TV. I sincerely hope to return to this condo.

Wonderful Stay

Great experience: Walk to the beach in 2 minutes, very roomy, well equipped. airy and comfy. Top floor benefit: High Ceiling, very quiet, and wonderful views. Only complain: the photos on Vrbo don't show how good this unit actually it is! Already recommend this property to my friends and families. For us, we will rebook next time when we are visiting Maui. Mahalo nui loa Bill!!! My family and I had a wonderful relaxing stay at your unit. The instructions were excellent we found it with no problems. There was everything and more that we could have asked for there. I like the size of the property and how comfortable we felt there. First timers...

This is an excellent place to stay! The location is awesome and the condo was perfect for us! The pool and grounds are beautifully kept. The closets are stuffed with beach toys, body boards, chairs, and anything else you would need! This is right across the street from Kam beach III. The Condo is very nice, clean and well kept. We have never been to Maui before and we will be back for sure! We fell in love with the island and will be back next year to stay! Thank you Bill for such a beautiful place!

December in Paradise

Bill’s condo was just perfect for an extended stay with my mother who is wheel chair bound. The unit is well stocked with everything; books, games, beach gear and loads of kitchen gadgets and pantry items for those who love to eat in. Molly, the on-site building manager is really attentive and went above an beyond to make sure we enjoyed our visit. We enjoyed our time so much we extended our stay for another month and were disappointed we couldn’t stay in Bill’s unit (it was booked) but we did stay in the building!

Great condo

Great condo for a great price and Location is amazing! Owner is very responsive and allowed early check in which was nice. We’re glad the complex has an elevator since the condo is on the 4th floor and some days we were exhausted! On mellow days we really enjoyed the pool. The Beds are comfortable and the condo had everything we needed during our week here. The only negative (which is not the owners fault) there’s an extremely nosy neighbor who spys on everyone to make sure you are following all the rules and to boss you around
 at times it was odd because he’d be just watching us walk around or while in the pool & asked if we knew the rules many times even while we were following the rulesđŸ€·đŸŒâ€â™€ïž He must be very bored with his retirement 😂 Overall, We really enjoyed our stay, Mahalo!

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for us. It is just as pictured, very clean, comfortable, and in a safe environment- just across the street from a great beach and several more within easy walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and was beautiful. There were many fans, which worked very well, with the windows open, to keep the place cool. The a/c was only needed for a short time when we first arrived. Several shopping areas were within walking distance. The grand bonus was all the beach equipment available for use: masks, fins, chairs, towels, mats, cooler, boogie boards... The only thing we had to bring or rent were the snorkels- very inexpensive to rent at Snorkel Bob's, and fun to meet Sue there. The owner of this condo was very helpful, upfront, and quick to respond as we prepared for this amazing vacation!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I wanted to own a place near my Maui ohana, and where I could walk to a great beach in flip-flops. I didn't want to have to drive anywhere. I also wanted to be in South Kihei where the beaches are large and the water is clear and beautiful. There is good snorkeling right at our beach, Kamaole Beach Park 3, and only a short walk to Kamaole Beach Park 2. In addition, one can walk to restaurants, shopping, and even a convenience store. The area is teaming with life and locals enjoy our park on weekends.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I loved this condominium because it has a two story ceiling and it is an end unit, so it is extra sunny with nice cross breezes. It is also very large for a Maui condominium; you'll love that. It is one of the best locations; it is in the back corner facing away from both streets which makes it very quiet!
