Unit C101 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Ground floor condo with AC & a king size bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. You can dine on the lanai while enjoying a lush, green  garden view. You can see a small part of the sea and the West Maui mountains from the lanai. Enjoy flowering ginger, plumeria, and other tropical flora right outside your lanai door. Beautifully remodeled kitchen. There are laminate floors throughout. C101 is situated right outside of the pool area.  Very convenient for grilling at the pool area.
The Luana Kai Resort is centrally located in Kihei Maui Hawaii. Come Vacation with us and see how you will call the Luana Kai home for years to come.  

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.  Tennis & pickleball courts.

A ten minute drive along South Kihei Rd onto Honoapiilani Highway, left at the lights and left into Ma’alaea brings you to the harbor where a host of activities and fine dining await.

A comfortable quiet condo with all the comforts of home. A large pool and jacuzzi for relaxing after days of island exploration or just days you are looking to relax. Just walk out the patio door a few steps and you can enjoy these without walking up and down steps. Close to shopping and restaurants. Works well for a family of four. Very close to beach access. A short walk to see and hear sounds of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed the whole area. There were plenty of gas, barbecue grills and tables to meet up with family at the end of every day. Loved the shuffleboard. Beach was a minute walk from the condo. Remember your water shoes. ;)

Great family condo

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the location, clean, lots of things for our teen boys to enjoy (tennis, shuffleboard, pool, etc). Beautiful setting, low-key, relaxing. Had a great time, would stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect for our family of four. Convenient access to the pool and clean grounds. Leslie was super responsive to any issues. We would definitely stay again!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Kihei. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the grounds were very well maintained. The ocean was only a short walk away, and my wife often spent most of her days relaxing on the beach.The pool was one of the highlights of our stay and was used daily by our family. Our son has sensitive skin, but he experienced no issues with the pool water, which was a pleasant surprise.If I were to note one minor drawback, it would be that the kitchen was a bit limited in terms of dishware. While not a major issue, we did find ourselves needing to run the dishwasher daily to ensure we had enough cups and dishes for the following day.

You are so kind.......what a lovely review. Next time, remember we are here at the front desk on site. My back room looks like a baby Walmart.......we have extras of most things. I will check the inventory so the next guest is set. We look forward to seeing you again soon. PS...the pool is salt water and I think much nicer on the skin than chlorine. I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
