Welcome to Villa Serenidad a large bungalow located two doors from the secluded sandy beach ocean front with mountain views on the opposite side. We are located in Playa Tambor, Costa Rica which is one of the seven rare blue zones of the world.

As a frequent vacation SuperHost, my aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our villa.

But to do so, I would greatly appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring…But these rules ensure we can provide future guess with a great experience.

Arrival:
We do require every guest's full name & Passport # or ID # to be provided for security clearance at the gate. Without it they will not provide access and is a community requirement for safety.
Kitchen:
We have a fully stocked kitchen with common items, so help your self and use whatever you need to make your meals. We supply general spices for you to use. My only request is that you wash all dishes / utensils prior to leaving so ants aren’t attracted.

Cooling:
Our air conditioner is located in the living room as well as each of the 3 bedrooms. Please ensure you are mindful of usage as any excess over $100 per week will be invoiced directly itss best to switch them off prior to checking out.

Noise/Guests:
We have neighbours surrounding our property, we would appreciate it if you can keep noise down after 10:00pm as per the community rules. We also require that there be no parties, loud events or smoking during your stay.
Unregistered guests are not permitted for over night stays. If you would like to have up to 2 guests join you we will require their information for gate access.

Pool: For safety there is absolutely NO parties or miss use of our pool such as jumping, sitting or climbing on our waterfall ledge. Ignoring this rule may result in termination of the reservation.

Laundry:
The laundry machines (washer & dryer) are located at the back of the house and are available for you to use with the washing powder stored in the kitchen pantry on the right hand side.

Trash/ Recycling:
Garbage is picked up daily after 12:00pm so please put your trash out the morning of and not over night as raccoons will make a mess.
Recycling Stations can be found at the 1st round about on the right hand side. Please bring all recycling here for future pick up.

Pets:
We are a pet friendly property and welcome your family member during your stay. We only request that you are in control of your pet during your stay so damage doesn’t happen. It is also essential that you clean up pet waste promptly so future guests don’t have any discoveries.
