A short block from Leland's favorite public beach, 2 from downtown, with great restaurants, shops, galleries, Lake Michigan sunsets, Historic Fishtown, and the Library, Museum, and Cultural Center nearby. Bring your suitcases, visit the excellent local grocery store & forget about the car, as you can walk everywhere.
A renovated historic house with 4 bedrooms (master down and upstairs), 2 baths one with step in shower and the other a clawfoot tub and shower wand, laundry room, dining table seats 8, twice that on the deck and tree shaded back yard. Gas grill, wireless wi-fi and cable TV of course. Kitchen is fully equipped, with a newer gas range and refrigerator. Art by our local artists on the walls, and the feeling is cozy, casual, and homey. Garage is one car, or plenty of room for bikes, beach stuff, and cases of fine local wines you'll collect.
