The multi-level home is situated in a quiet part of the Warriors Mark neighborhood, placing you a 6-minute drive from the shops, eateries, & entertainment options in downtown Breck. Within walking distance from the home are several hiking trails & the stunning Arapaho National Forest. Pine Station House is perfect for your next mountain retreat!
The Space:
Location perks: Peak 10 base area (ski-in/out dependent on conditions), Main Street Station (1.9 miles), BreckConnect Gondola (2.2 miles), Cucumber Gulch Trails (0.3 miles), Arapaho National Forest (0.2 miles)

Guest will have access to the entire home, garage, outdoor patio and the private hot tub.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood that provides the perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking. The serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 6-minute drive away. Also, depending on snow conditions and skill level, the home is ski-in/ski-out during the winter season.
Getting Around:
Winter Shuttle Service available during ski season: Thereâs a shuttle stop less than 50 yards from the driveway. Take the shuttle to the Marriott on Columbine Rd. From there, itâs a five-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9.
The Breck Free Ride bus is also a great option, especially during the summer. The Flinstone Lane bus stop on the Gray Route is only a 13 minute walk from the house and will take you to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. The house does have a thermostat with a fan that blows cool air from the outside.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasnât snowed in a few days.
There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage (no large SUV's or trucks) and 3â4 spaces in the driveway.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
