Perfect location with plenty to do!

This was the perfect house for a bachelorette weekend with plenty to do! With the house steps from the beach, having a nice pool and outside space to gather, and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, this was perfect for our group. The house had plenty of space for all of us and had everything we needed for a good stay.

Had some trouble when we checked in but the property manager got on it immediately. Would stay again. Kids loved the game room.

Met all expectations

This property is everything it claims to be and we had a fantastic time. Would love to have had a grill, but that’s far from a deal-breaker. Next time we’ll stay longer!

Family trip!

Incredible location and perfect for a larger family. So many great places within walking distance, the beach was steps away and the outside pool area was perfect to return to after a day in town or down by the water. Cannot recommend this listing enough. We had everything we needed and then some. Already looking forward to booking here again next year.

Great location, decent house

Houses in a great location! Easy to walk to beach or food, and easy drive to Old Town. House could use some repairs and fixed up a bit. Flooring was somewhat falling apart, unfinished paint job in living room, ice maker didn’t work, full length mirrors in bedrooms would be a nice touch, some throw blankets, and general amenities for comfort. Air conditioning worked great to keep up with the near 100 degree temps. Pool was great, but wasn’t cool since the weather was so hot (no fault of owner). Some shade in the back yard would be a bonus. Lots of broken beach supplies left next to the house just appeared untidy.

Great property

Amazing location, literally one house from the boardwalk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and was well kept and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and more than enough space for multiple families. The only downfall was that we had to keep buying ice since the ice maker barely made any. We will be booking again for next year.

Great spot on the beach!

We loved the Just Coasting Beach House. It was clean, well kept, really cute decor, and large enough for our extended family. The walk to the beach was super quick, and we loved the outdoor shower and rinse off areas. We also liked the space in the house. Felt like each portion of our extended family had their own space to relax in when it was needed. Huge kitchen, large enough to seat everyone for a big, family meal.

Fabulous Friends Weekend

We are a group of high school friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. Even though none of us look a day over 25, wonderful comfortable and happy reunion and celebration with many thanks to having rented this beautiful and well equipped beach house. The property is perfectly located steps from the beach, yummy beachcomber restaurant and just a few minutes from all the St. Augustine sites. Comfortable new fun furnishings and comfy bedrooms, having the pool was a complete bonus. The house is spacious and accommodating with lots of different spaces to relax and enjoy. We all left thinking.it would be a great vacation place for our individual families as well. Great job! Will hope to see you again!

Kitchen could have been stocked and drawers arranged better. Plastic glassware was scratched and split. Could really use an umbrella or an awning in the back of the house.

Sunshine Realty is awesome. We checked in, ice maker was broken. It was fixed that day. We had an ant issue and they sent someone out that day and the next day also. The only negative for this property is there are no chests of drawers in any bedroom. You live out of the suitcase for a week.

Sue, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Right after you called to report the smell, we were notified that it was an issue with the City of St. Augustine Beach's back flow valve down the street. Luckily, the city technicians came right out to address it and we were able to get a cleaner over to your home within an hour of the repair, to clean the shower in the downstairs bathroom and eliminate any smell that remained. This was a truly unfortunate circumstance beyond our immediate control, and we hope that you were able to enjoy the remainder of your vacation despite the few hours of disruption that this caused. Thank you for renting with us! We hope to host you again!

Bad construction!

The property is in a great area, very close to the beach. Plenty of parking. For the cost of the place, this isn’t worth it. Whoever did the remodeling on the property has no business in the construction field. The flooring is terrible, trip hazards everywhere. Paint is hit and miss on the walls. This was definitely a DIY project in a cheap way. The furniture is cheap and dirty. going through VRBO was way too expensive and it uses other sites as well. You don’t actually know which site you booked through and each of them have their own costs.

Just Coasting

The location is great! Just a few steps to the boardwalk and just down the street from some great eats. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep and be comfortable. I don’t think the cleaning fee they charge is fair considering the cleanliness of the location. Mold in showers, broken doors/hardware, clear water damage, trash found when we arrived. We booked our stay four months in advance, but only with a weeks notice did we find out they were building a pool in the back and had that area sectioned off with construction wire, so we couldn’t access that area. Also, you cannot set the AC to lower than 70 degrees. Our large family like to be cool when we sleep so that was not ideal, but the AC went out anyway with two nights left. The whole system needed to be replaced, and we were given a small, portable machine to use. The temperature reacher 79 in the house the day it went out. On our departure day, we were packing to leave around 8:15 when we noticed the cleaner and possibly the owner sitting out front of the house. Check out wasn’t until 10 so it just rubbed us the wrong way, as if we were being rushed. Overall, great location but cheap and unclean.

5 star location

Location is great. Sleeping set up is too, in addition to having 4.5 bathrooms. We wish there were dressers. There is nothing to set belongings on in the bedrooms, and we are not fond of living out of a suitcase for a week. It is hard to beat the short and beautiful walk to the beach. Sunshine Realty gets 10 stars. They are helpful and responsive and very oriented to making guests happy!

Great family house

This house was perfect for our family vacation of 6 adults and 4 young children. The two living spaces were definitely useful. The kitchen was well stocked; appreciated the empty pantry space for our food. Would have liked cable on all televisions. Water/ice dispenser on refrigerator didn’t work causing us to buy bottled water.

Excellent Location

The house itself was excellent, clean, and more than accommodated our party of 8 adults with room to spare. The location was what was most excellent. Walking distance to two beach accesses, walking distance to 10+ restaurants, quick 3 minute drive to the Publix, putt putt, and many more restaurants. Would certainly consider staying here again for beach or bars.

Beach house in great location

Great family vacation! The house was in a convenient location within walking distance of the beach, bars, and restaurants. The one drawback of the house is that it doesn’t have a large outdoor space for evening family gatherings: only 2 small outdoor balconies, one which contained 2 chairs and a third floor balcony with small ocean view which accommodated 4 people.
