Set at the end of a quiet road, Let it Be Lakehouse combines the rustic charm of a Colorado cabin with the space and comfort of a modern vacation home. Whether youâre here for summer boating, vibrant fall foliage, winter snowmobiling, or spring hiking, this home makes the perfect base for adventure and relaxation.

Primary bedroom with king bed + en-suite bathroom
Second bedroom with full bed and scenic views, next to a full bath
Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, and cutlery

Weâre passionate about sharing our love of Grand Lake, Colorado with others. Our family spends time here year-round, from boating on the lake in summer to snowmobiling in winterâand everything in between. We designed Let it Be Lakehouse to be a place where guests can experience the same joy, relaxation, and adventure that drew us here in the first place.
We are also dog lovers, which is why our cabin is proudly pet-friendly. We know how important it is to have your whole family â pups included â along for the trip, and weâve added details to make sure theyâre comfortable, too.

Grand Lake has been a thread in the story of each of our lives. From childhood memories camping and fishing, weekend getaways, weddings, sledding to building life long friendships we have experienced a lot up here. When we found this house on 1.5 acres we knew we our guests would have the opportunity build their own special memories in our favorite town in Colorado.

The 1.5 acres plus a short 2 min drive from the boat launch makes this spot a winner. The hummingbirds look you in the eye while you sip on your morning coffee. The stars shine so bright that you can see the milky-way. You can listen to silence. The inside is comfortable, spacious and makes it easy for you to enjoy time with your people and turn moments into memories.
