“We recently stayed at the Mingling Moose House in Grand Lake, CO, for our spring break and it was absolutely wonderful! The home's furnishings are so comfortable and location is ideal—just a short distance from downtown, the market, shops, and dining options. It's the perfect setting for a large family getaway, equipped with all the essentials plus fun extras like a plethora of board games and fishing poles.
One of the highlights was the fantastic hot tub on the balcony, which offers stunning views of the private ponds, Shadow Mountain Lake all set against the backdrop of the gorgeous mountains.
Being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park was a major plus, providing easy access to breathtaking scenery and outdoor activities. We booked a snowmobile tour and got to capture amazing vistas. We also took a short drive to Granby Ranch ski resort, about 30 minutes away, which is fantastic for first-time skiers and families with kids. My boys had their first skiing experience there, and thanks to the amazing ski school, they absolutely loved it.
Overall, the Mingling Moose Cabin is a top-notch choice for anyone looking to make lasting family memories in Colorado. We can't wait to return and relive the experience all over again. Highly recommend!”


☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆


This gorgeous mountain home accommodates 12 guests in 4 bedrooms plus two additional sleeping areas. The spacious primary bedroom is on the main, upper level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and an ensuite full bathroom with soaker tub. This large bedroom also features a queen-sized sleeper sofa as well a twin mattress and frame that is stored in the closet and available for use. The main floor accommodates two more guests on the full-size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room.


The mid level accommodates another five guests in two secondary bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. A separate lounge area that includes a full-size daybed with twin pullout trundle, as well as a television. The two bedrooms on this level of the home share a full bathroom with a shower. This level of the home can be closed off, providing extra privacy.
The lower level has a fourth bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath with a shower.

There are three full bathrooms and one-half bathroom in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.


The primary bedroom on the main floor contains an ensuite full bathroom with a shower and soaker tub. A half bath is also on the main level for easy access. One full bathroom is located on the mid-level and easily accessible for the guests staying in the queen suites. The lower level of the home has a full bath with a shower. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. Brew a morning cup of coffee at the coffee bar, pour yourself a drink at the cocktail station, or use the wide variety of kitchen supplies to cook a homemade meal with your family. The dining area seats 12 guests at the gorgeous dining table.


The first living room is situated on the main level of the home features a fireplace and large television, along with a wide variety of games for a family game night. The secondary living room, connected to the two queen suites is the perfect place for kids to enjoy playtime, or to relax on the daybed and read a book.

This thoughtfully designed home provides a private workstation in addition to a separate laundry area.

The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous lake, pond, and mountain views. A deck leading from the dining room looks out over Grand Lake and mountains, allowing you to appreciate the breathtaking views from this exclusive cabin. Lounge in the sun on your viewing deck, or step outside for a soak in your large private hot tub. A quaint seating area and BBQ are situated on the deck of this lovely home for use during your stay. Guests also have access to two private community fishing ponds that are situated adjacent to the cabin.

The garage offers an additional area for fun and relaxation, and includes a large couch for lounging, a dartboard, cornhole, fishing gear, and outdoor games.

Guests staying at this luxe mountain cabin home have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Take time to enjoy the gorgeous views from the private viewing deck and use your own personal hot tub at your leisure. You are welcome to use the laundry area, as well as the workspace.


This home is located less than a mile from downtown Grand Lake and just seven miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

This is a family-friendly home, we provide a Pack ‘n Play, outlet covers, baby gate, and other family-friendly items. We are also dog-friendly, as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. One pet 50 pounds or less is allowed. Free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking in town.



Other things to note

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. One dog is allowed. Please clean up after your pet and keep them leashed for wild animal encounter safety. $100 pet fee. We require a signed Guest Agreement after booking.
