Comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant, relaxed and fun. It has 2 bedrooms (one with king-size bed &sofa bed, the other with a full and twin bunk bed and a twin sofa bed), a living room with a full-size sofa bed and TV, a kitchen equipped with everything, a dining room, 1.5 bathrooms and a balcony. In addition, a swimming pool area for adults and children and steps from the beach. 2 cars parking inside the complex. The apartment is in the third floor.

The space was very clean, safe, quiet, conveniently located to many sites, private parking, and fully equipped space for beach days. The host was so warm, welcoming and has stellar communication. Great roomy space with balcony. We had such a great time and loved our stay there. DEFINITELY WOULD STAY AGAIN. SEE YOU SOON !! REGRESEMO PRONTO! GRACIAS

Safe and comfortable condo. Within a gated community this clean two bedroom two bath condo was perfect for my family of five. We were a five minute walk from the beach and five minute walk from a few restaurants and a local convenience store. We were a five minute drive from numerous other restaurants and stores. 15 minute drive from El Yungue National Forest which is a must for any visitor. The owner was quick and responsive to all communication and our neighbors were friendly. In unit washer and dryer and a complex only swimming people made this a perfect vacation retreat!
If you look closely, you can see the hotel towers. That is Luquillo Beach.

Points faibles : Propreté, arrivée et communication.
No, overlooked a hulking shell of a building, probably a hurricane victim—which is sad but understandable. Interior view was of parking lot. The apartment size was nice. The two separate floors provided some decent spaces. AC worked well, however the traditional “motel” units near the flor were loud and didn’t work well with the curtains—which were needed due to brightness of street lights. The half bath had been used but not flushed. Sink was dirty. Almost like it was missed in cleaning. Kitchen backsplash “tile like” wall paper was peeing off. Floors should have been cleaner, walking around barefoot made my feet dirty. The place lacked character and personal touches expected at that price. Small fridge where big one fits. It still had the packing plastic on it. Lack of artwork, not coffee table to add an at home touch. The TV ( too big for the space) turned on every time you adjusted the AC into, clearly a control cross over problem. Comfy beds, but the satiny sheets on the king sized were a bit strange. Not a bad place. Appreciated the larger space for my family of four, it just needs a little investment of time and taste. Make it feel like home. It didn’t feel well cared for.

Great place!!

The place is right near the beach you can walk there, There is a grocery store, gas station, bank and restaurants near by. Place is clean it has a pool, beach chairs, cooler, towels, bed sheets for your use. Nice balcony, people are friendly and is quiet . The transaction with the owner was easy with all the instructions for getting in at the gate. I rented this place 3 times and it was great .

Great location and great host

We had a great time staying here. This property has a great location. It is a few minute walk to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed walking to the beach and watch the sunset. It is also 5 min drive to Amigo, a major grocery store. leankitchenfullyequipped.

The property was awesome! Great location, clean, safe and a fun local atmosphere. We were within driving distance of everything we wanted to do during our 2 weeks stay. Never had to go to the same restaurant twice.We hope to stay here again.

Love it

Everything was very nice. We love the apartment. The decorations were beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. My daughter slept like a baby. We had a great time. We walked to the beach, and loved the view. Definitely I will come back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach is just at the end of the block which was very nice. Parking is easy and included. The condo is on the third level and there is no elevator, so consider that if you have mobility issues. There is a small pool right downstairs. You can walk to a couple restaurants but mostly you'll drive - but so much is nearby. Grocery options, restaurants, Luqillo Beach and kioskos, El Yunque is so close. We also took the ferry from Ceiba to Culebra and a biobay tour in Fajardo and visited Old San Juan. The condo centrally located for our adventures. The condo community is gated and safe, and we felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood, as well. Romy was very helpful when we had questions getting in. There are a lot of keys and boxes to get and it was dark and raining but he was right there to help us get in quickly! We had a great stay in Luqiillo.

This place was equipped with everything from a cooler, beach chairs, towels, blankets a full kitchen with everything. Place was very clean a safe area gated community. The host was great with communication and answered all questions promptly. We will rent again this place was perfect.
