Little Rose Cottage is walking distance to downtown Rockport (shopping) and for the fishermen walking distance to a free city fishing jetty. The cottage sleeps 4 very comfortably with cozy comfortable beds, internet, tv, over bed reading lights , BBQ ,etc. You will enjoy the attached patio area(under a huge shade tree & patio lights) for afternoon happy hour and evening cook outs. Approximately 1mile from the beach!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. Quiet neighborhood, perfect size house, and it had all the comforts we needed. Close to the beach, close to tourist attractions. We had an amazing time!

Little Rose Cottage

The cottage was very comfortable. We loved the quiet neighborhood to relax. There were a couple of small things that could be improved but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the weekend

Great escape from the city. We enjoyed the place and our golden retriever loved the big fenced yard. Much needed break and a great place to do that.

Beach Fun!

Tommy was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. The washer pooped out just before our stay and they had a new one in before we arrived, very impressive! The property was quaint and comfy. Thanks for a great weekend!

Cute little house. Fenced in yard. Walking distance to historic downtown, restaurants, coffee shops and water front. The BBQ restaurant at the end of the street is very good. Main Street Coffee House is excellent. We were very comfortable in the house. Kitchen is very small but has everything needed. AC works excellent. All the beds are very comfortable including pillows. We would definitely stay here again. Tommy responds to messages quickly. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We fell in love with Rockport and Fulton. Pack light! Best thrift stores ever!

Relaxing Vacation

Had a very quiet & relaxing stay. Very cute & comfortable old house. Neighbors Rick & Tiffany were very nice & also very helpful.Would definitely recommend & stay again. Enjoyed sitting out on deck with a beverage every night with great breeze before mosquitoes arrived.Thank you Tommy for quick responses to our questions.

What a great cozy house! I highly recommend staying here. Its close to everything, walking distance even. And we loved the big book with all of Tommy's reviews and recommendations.

Cute, Cozy Cottage

Great location to the beach, shopping, restaurants...anything you would need. The bed was awesomely comfortable after our host brought in a brand new mattress. Plenty of room, convenient kitchen, anything you would need for a great getaway.

Great house with the basics. For some guys coming to fish, it’s an ideal setup. Owner extremely responsive. Enjoyed my stay. Very pleased with location. Will heavily recommend.

Great location, my wife and I were there for 5 nights.Had all the comforts of home, Rick made sure we had everything, walking distance to town and Gulf. would make one recommendation, to replace the shower head. lookingforward to coming back in the summer.
