House was well decorated, clean, beds were comfortable & host was responsive quickly. Jets in spa didn’t work & although pool was clear/clean the pool needs resurfacing. We did enjoy our stay there.

We had a good stay. Debra was a good host. She was very quick to respond to anything I had questions about. We were pleased with our stay. Some of the spices/coffee plus items that were left under bathroom counters were outdated and I would take the medicines out no matter what they are. I don’t believe medication should be left for anyone to have access to, but that did not mess up our holiday vacation, we just didn’t use them. So I can’t/won’t leave a bad review. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have our own pool with a screen covering. Everything went very well, the house was beautiful, the neighborhood/neighbors were unbelievably friendly. I would stay here again if I come this way. God bless our hosts and the house they provide for our comfort & enjoyment.

Outstanding property, extra clean, lovely pool and lanai.

Highly recommend, will stay there again. Owners easy to deal with. Would be difficult to find a property to match this one. The bar has been set.

Debra was extremely prompt anytime we had a question. We booked last minute and she accommodated us quickly- we will certainly book with her again. Pool was amazing, house well appointed and comfortable.

Disappointed!!!!! sad as a long waited holiday had been looking forward to swim for my health pool lining had disintegrated and pine leaves floating and gravel on the base not inviting, understand from Pool cleaner man owner knew this had happened sometime ago, also 2 lounger chairs no cushions, Lania weeds growing and BBQ unusable Filthy, garage of full of rubbish and old chairs,on to Bedrooms bedding old and smelled bad had wash on first day all linen , towel etc mismatched and grey,no proper drapes in one bedroom it had a folding bed in an alcove, all bathroom cabinets FULL of used shower sun cream lots out of dateKitchen look lovely but needs a deep clean drawers and cupboards, full of crumbs Furniture old and datedSofa grubby and a hole at one end, we lost TV controller under sofa cushions yuck full of crumbs and food,spoke to owner says she has a cleaner , BUT she only comes to property twice a year, NOT an excuse not a cheap place to rent, a Friend who is a realtor said in her view it was not fit for rental,Did reach out to owner got fobbed off, she said will do better in future, lots rules for renters to follow a JOKE, let house cleaner than we found it,VRBO should do better checks

This customer only contacted me with his issues 4 weeks after he left, giving us no opportunity to address his concerns while he was there. Had he done so, many of them could have been easily resolved during his stay or he could have gone to another Airbnb; instead he decided to be embittered. We are a family owned Airbnb still recovering from Hurricane Ian. Pool restoration and living room furniture replacement are planned for January 2026. Our cleaners are exceptional and there are just some people that no matter what you do or say, will not be happy. While we had an unfortunate experience, I wish them well and hope their next experience is a better one.

Everything was clean and having all the beach accessories was a plus! When we had a small issue with the pool it was taken care of immediately! Would definitely recommend this place.

What a beautiful setting with a sunset view right from the screened in Lanai w/pool & spa. Tasteful decor with comfortable seating and beds. Good communication with host when we had an issue with the spa and problem solved. Location is between Englewood and Placida so only 10 or 15 minutes in either direction for activities or restaurants. Nice & amenities. Would stay again!

This house is beautiful and well kept. We would rent here again 🤗

Easy check in. I did feel a bit hurried packing up on the day we left. The cleaning people were told to be there at 9am but check out was 10am. So they sat in the driveway and waited. Overall, I would rent this house again.
