Book this home for the retreat you've been looking for. Quiet and comfortable home with great outdoor space. This new home has an open floor plan with a dining room that opens to a 16' X 20' deck with plenty of outdoor seating. This simple and updated space will be a great place to relax for you and your friends/family. The large deck is a great place for your morning coffee or evening cookout. The open floor plan inside the home allows for easy entertaining.

We traveled for a wedding at Notre Dame, from booking process to checking out, Kevin ensure every stage was easy. He was prompt in response, very helpful. The photos of the property don’t do it justice, it was not the look but the feeling. Very peaceful, complemented with nature in the back. This place is a resort indeed. Either you’re resetting or in town for an event in South Bend and need a host that will make you feel at home, book this property. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Fantastic!

We traveled to South Bend for a national baton twirling competition. We had long days and the house was perfect to come back to. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were so comfortable. Kevin was great at communication-though there was nothing different we would have wanted or needed during our stay. We hope to use the home during future visits.

Notre Dame graduation weekend

Kevin was a great host. The house is in close proximity to the university, restaurants, and supermarkets. We had three generations of family staying in the property to celebrate our son’s graduation. Kevin was in constant contact and generously provided us with Notre Dame themed wine, desserts, and spirits to celebrate. I highly recommend this property.

Stunning Home

My daughter attends Notre Dame and this property is in extremely good proximity to campus. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Kevin was very communicative and easy to work with. Definitely would stay next time I am in town and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the South Bend area!

A very clean and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Great deck area! Host was very accommodating and hospitable. Convenient to campus. A very nice home for three couples on a football weekend!

Top notch property in South Bend! We spent a week at this home in July 2024 and it was wonderful. The house is beautiful with all amenities as listed, location is perfect, and overall stay was excellent. Kevin is a friendly, welcoming, attentive, and responsive host. Weekend Getaway

We stayed with friends and our daughter who attends Notre Dame. We were able to see her in the pep band at a ND basketball game. Campus was a short drive as well as restaurants we visited. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. Loved the extra little snacks and water that were left for us. We’ll definitely keep this house in mind for future visits!

This open concept home was clean, well maintained and perfect for a small group to gather without feeling cramped. With 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms it was very comfortable for 6.
