La maison 4BR 3BA récemment rénovée a été conçue pour le confort. Tout neuf, mieux que la literie, les draps, les meubles et les équipements de qualité. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils neufs. Cour arrière avec foyer, barbecue au gaz, aires de repos. Beaucoup d'espace vert pour lancer une balle ou jouer à des jeux de triage. Beaucoup de place pour 6 voitures hors rue et un grand parking dans la rue.
À seulement 7 km du campus ND et des bars / restaurants / boutiques de la rue Eddy, et à quelques pas du centre-ville de South Bend.

C'est l'endroit idéal pour s'amuser le week-end! Grill ou à pied à de nombreux bars ou restaurants de la région! Plus important encore, VOUS SEREZ UNE MARCHE RAPIDE VERS LE TERRAIN DE FOOTBALL!

Our stay was fantastic! The house is super cozy, beds and bedrooms are comfortable, plenty of room for our family of 5 and could easily have slept more with ease. The proximity to the campus and the football stadium is 10/10. We absolutely loved our time at the house. Would definitely return!

Great family place

We loved having our family all in one spot. Three different family groups were able to occupy the top, main and bottom floors. Great place to stay with all the comforts of home.

Amazing house!

Great accommodations !

This is the perfect location and property. We brought my parents and a friend so we each had a bedroom area and bathroom and a level of the house to ourselves. Looks small from the outside but tons of space on the inside. Close to ND - walkable - and in a great quiet neighborhood.

Moms Weekend Home

Laurie's home was warm and welcoming. Our ND Moms weekend was a huge hit w/ our daughters b/c of our lovely VRBO home. The beds were SO comfortable and the easy access to ND campus was a big plus. We will definitely book this house again.

Notre Dame house

Excellent location especially for anyone wanting to spend time on UND campus. Very nice neighborhood. Lots of beds to accommodate large family/friends. Well appointed kitchen.

Home was clean in a good neighborhood. Property manager was extremely accessible and accommodating. Home was just like it was advertised. I would rent again.

Memory Lane

Our stay was perfect! My mom, brother, and I met up with my dad’s college roommate and his wife for a visit to campus and other familiar haunts. Having a home to gather in rather than multiple hotel rooms was outstanding. We were able to have our own room, but also space to gather and spend time together. Beds were all super comfy, multiple bathrooms was also a huge plus, and I very much appreciate that we were able to fully control the thermostat. Location was spot on and parking was super easy too!

We had a great stay at this location in South Bend. Walking distance from campus. Home was clean, full of amenities. Owner was very accessible. We will definitely be back for our next football game at ND! Go Irish!

Amazing House!!

I was in South Bend for a wedding and this was a great house to stay at. I stayed with my parents and in-laws and the downstairs was a great escape for my wife and I. Everything is updated and the house is within walking distance of Notre Dame!! Definitely worth the money!!!

Go Irish!

The house was so cute and all Notre Dame! The neighborhood was family friendly and had beautiful tulips everywhere! Took just a couple of minutes to get to Notre Dame and downtown. We would love to stay again on game day!

The best place to stay in South Bend!

This was our second stay at this property, and we will definitely stay again. It’s the perfect place to stay for our annual Irish Tailgate with friends or a visit to see our daughter at Notre Dame. . The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. We love the Notre Dame theme throughout and the fact that everything is provided. The host is always available to answer questions. I highly recommend this home.

Great house for a football game weekend!

Our group of 11 alums had a great time staying at the house for the football game weekend. The house was very comfortable, plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked and the living room area was perfect for gathering. We were able to walk back and forth to campus easily and there was plenty of parking for all of our many cars. Would highly recommend!

Harter Heights gem!

What a wonderful experience! The house was very large and spacious, as well as very clean. The house has a nice back room and yard. The owners are very user friendly. The house is ideally located for game weekends — an easy walk to campus. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone thinking of visiting South Bend.

So close to campus

The house is much more spacious than it looks. It was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 adults on a football weekend. All beds and couches were comfortable and so many nice ND touches around the house. No real driveway spots but no problem finding street parking right outside the property. Laurie was very quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for a true ND fan!

The house could not have been in a better location. Such a cute and charming neighborhood, right down the street from Eddys Commons. Practically on campus! The house itself was very cute and charming, exactly the layout that suited our needs. Very nicely updated and very comfortable. Multiple areas for adults and kids to hang out. The only thing I would point out that would have been nice to know in advance, is that the upstairs was not air conditioned. Being mid-June and quite hot outside, we were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, if we didn't need the upstairs bed, we would happily stay here again.

I am so so happy you enjoyed the house… And I wish you would've called or texted about the AC upstairs... The AC units up there are removed during the winter and put back for the summer and unfortunately my handyman simply forgot :( He is available 24/7 and could have brought them over anytime… I am so so sorry you were uncomfortable! They are up and running now I always let my renters know you can call or text me anytime with any issues… Please come again and I will make sure they are there and working!
