A limited , but consise information for the unit. Clean and comfortable. We had everything you could need. Building is well kept. The pool area is a delightful place to spend mornings.

Jessica’s Condo at Kaab South

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool was relaxing g with a beautiful view. The beach was only a few blocks away. The fri t desk staff were amazing and very helpful. We would go back again.

Seven week stay

The property was well located , short walk to great beach, 5th Ave and great restaurants. Roof top pool has great views and great for a refreshing dip . Everything is well maintained. Hosts were great . Only small issue for us was , the deck looks into the building next door and not much air flow into the condo . The roof pool was well equipped with tables and chairs so just enjoyed our morning coffee up there . Would highly recommend for either a short stay or long .

KAAB South Beach is a new building built in 2021. Cleanliness is our priority, so you can be assured that you will be in a comfortable, hygienic space. Though the neighborhood is very safe, the building has a 24/7 concierge monitoring the entire property. This condo is ideal for both vacation and long-term rentals.

★ BEDROOM
The bedroom has a king-size bed with a highly comfortable mattress. Additionally, the couch in the living room doubles as a sofa bed.

★ KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is cookware such as pans, a blender, a coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric stove to make simple meals.

★ BATHROOM
The shower has a large shower head with good pressure. We provide beach, bath, hand towels, and washcloths. The bathroom also has closet space and a safety box to store your valuables.

★ ROOFTOP & POOL
The rooftop area has plenty of tables and sunbeds. The infinity pool provides spectacular views of the ocean and the jacuzzi is equipped with jets and warm water.

★ GYM & CONFERENCE ROOM
A small gym is located on the top floor with essentials such as treadmills, ellipticals, and weights. The conference room is adjacent to the gym and it provides a quiet environment for working or holding a meeting.

★ CAFÉ BAR & ART GALLERY
There is a cafe bar on the ground floor with cocktails, coffee, and sandwiches with live music three times a week (not to worry, the music cannot be heard from the condo). The art gallery contains handmade pottery from Sukabumi stone.

★ KEYS
Self-check-in. Access the condo via a keycard. The keycard is kept in a small lockbox next to the door which is opened with a code.

★ OTHER DETAILS
*Both the living room and bedroom have large smart TVs with cable and Netflix.
*All-in-one washer dryer is located inside of the apartment.
