Welcome to Moderna Casa Vacanze, a modern, contemporary vacation escape in the heart of Washington wine country! Built in 2020, this one-level home is only 2.7 miles to downtown Walla Walla, and has high-end touches throughout, including quartz waterfall countertops, floating toilets and counters, hotel-style lighted mirrors in the bathrooms, stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, Maytag washer and dryer, and soaking tub in the master bath. Each of the rooms is tastefully appointed with queen beds in the guest rooms and a king size bed in the master bedroom. Easily sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

Lovely Home - Great Location

Lovely home. One of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Perfect for our family of 6 adults. Loved the coffee station, kitchen and patio. Great location for downtown wine tastings and central to the out if down wineries.

Great Stay

My 3 sisters and I stayed at Modern Haven and found the stay great! The house and amenities were as described! Lovely floor plan, high end appliances/bathrooms and very comfortable bedrooms. Very convenient location to all Walla Walla has to offer. Kevin was also very communicative when I had any questions. Thumbs up!

We had a wonderful experience at this property coming from Spokane with friends for the weekend.

The home is immaculate, well appointed (down to basic spices, oil, ziplock bags, etc.), comfortable beds as well as efficient communication with Kevin. This owner has gone above and beyond in thinking of the details down to a deliciously welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates. We felt relaxed and our needs and expectations were easily met and exceeded by our experience with this property. Thank you!.

Excellent college and wine country haven!

We were delighted by the hospitality and comfort of this property! From the chocolates to the pantry coffee and snacks to the table tennis to the ammenities to the relaxing backyard and living room, to the comfy beds, even to the lovely bathrooms, it was an easy & fun space to visit for several days. It was very clean. Checking out was easy. Access to Whitman College and to local wineries, parks and other activities was quick and easy with a car. We would come back again! Thank you!

Best house in Walla Walla Valley

This is the nicest house we have ever rented in WW. The house was very clean. Inside and out. The kitchen is well appointed. Plenty of matching wine glasses, for example. We made several meals and there was excellent cookware, serving pieces and dishware. Very nice bed linens and high quality towels. Very comfortable furniture. Lovely back yard with comfortable porch furniture. A cornhole game, too. We called the landlord with a question & the phone was answered immediately. Kevin answered our question & was cordial.
