The Langford House was fully renovated in 2021. This 4 bed/2 bath, 2400 sqft ranch style home, features a game room, great backyard and a covered patio! Perfect for game day weekends, graduations, families, and large groups alike.

Close to Kyle Field, (6 min drive) Texas A&M University, North Gate, and the airport. We are centrally located for all events in the Brazos Valley.

Note: Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Pet fees apply.

This is my second time to stay at this property and once again it did not disappoint! Communication with the property manager is great, the home is beautifully decorated, clean, and well appointed, the parking is ample and the location is very convenient. Would love to stay here again.

We came down as four couples that all went to college together and now our sons go to Texas A&M together. We wanted a place they could join us for dinner and relaxation. The backyard was very nice with the grill and mounted tv. We cooked the boys dinner while watching football outside. The house was very clean and roomy. We would rent here again.

FAMILY BDAY CELEBRATION

This property is amazing! Super location, very clean, well stocked and super roomy! Our host, Carlos was fabulous from our 1st contact until the last day once we all left for home! He worked with our changing plans and different schedules. The entire experience was excellent! We travel to College Station often and will absolutely stay here again!

Graduation Celebration Home

Our daughter graduated in May from A&M and this house was absolutely perfect for the celebration. It is located in town near campus and is beautifully decorated. Carlos, the owner, was a delight to work with and very attentive on everything that we needed. The property manager Maribel did an excellent job having the place ready for us upon arrival. All in all I highly recommend The Langford House.

Wonderful home in College Station

This property was perfect for our weekend stay with friends in College Station. The location was great
less than 10 minutes from where we needed to be on and around campus. The home was immaculate and decorated beautifully. And this was the most well appointed rental properties I’ve ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, including a little coffee and tea bar. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again in the future.

Loved the house. Clean, neat, organized. Enough room for all of us to spend quality time together. The only thing we did not care for was the open shower in the master bathroom.

Excellent!

Beautiful accommodations. We hosted family members up to 80 years old. The house is beautifully remodeled, stocked with all of the basics, and super comfortable. We were able to sit together to eat at the tables inside and out and to watch football games in the game room. Driveway was able to accommodate our vehicles and access was super easy. Great memories and wonderful experience. Thanks!!

I am a native Texan and graduate of Texas A&M. I grew up in the panhandle of Texas and after my education in Aggieland, I moved to the mountains where I have been teaching ski lessons for 24 years. I split my time between Aspen, Colorado and Texas. My wife is a talented make-up artist from South Africa. We met in Aspen while she was on a break from her university in Johannesburg. We love traveling, and we love meeting people from all walks of life, so creating a beautiful home for travelers to enjoy was a labor of joy.

This property is perfect for travelers looking for a relaxed, quiet neighborhood, where they can celebrate graduations, wedding showers, and school events in a comfortable, nicely appointed home. We have a big TV room for the big games, and a peaceful outdoor patio to enjoy the quiet mornings.

The house was fully renovated with a new recessed lights, electrical outlets with USB charge ports, new windows, new kitchen, and full remodel of both bathrooms. The house has 2 outdoor seating areas, fans and a TV station outside as well as being comfy and cozy for an intimate experience.
