The Regatta-Waterfront Gem with Breathtaking Views & Guest House

Enjoy glorious sunsets and breathtaking lake views in this waterfront home on Lake Wylie. This secluded gem on .5 acres provides plenty of privacy for both the main house and guest house. Surrounded by mature hardwood trees and relaxing yard space you can enjoy deep waters from the private dock. The Regatta is the perfect place to relax and unwind. This home offers 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms in the main house as well as a guest house with 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms and full 2nd kitchen.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
*Feel free to use our home to host small gatherings, but please be mindful of noise and activity level.

- 8 PEOPLE MAX
*(with exceptions granted by Host) We are committed to our lovely neighborhood and ask that you treat it as if it were your own (or better yet, your grandmas!)
*Max number of guest is 8. However, you may contact us for approval if traveling with a group that exceeds the limit. If approved, there will be an extra charge of $25 per night per person for the duration of your stay.

- NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE.
*If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.

- PETS
*Yes, we are pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee of *$100.00, per pet, for guests staying with a pet. Please message us with information regarding your pets age, size and breed.

* If rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate without refund or be charged for extra fees

Amazing house

The house is even better in person! The view the dock the porch the house is all perfect. The beds were comfortable
 And the spot separate sleeping areas are great for privacy for families. The little house is cute

Hallmark stay!

It was a perfect location, beautiful surroundings, and just the perfectly out for a family. Stay there with my children and grandchildren, and it was just magical. You could not ask for a more beautiful view. Property manager was responsive within minutes to any request. Check-in process was super easy as was the checkout process. Would stay there again in a minute.

The 2 houses on the property were perfect for us, our 2 children and spouses, and 2 grandchildren. The grandkids had fun swimming, and several family members went out on the kayaks. The view from the large windows overlooking the water was stunning! We would have enjoyed the lovely wrap-around porch if the weather hadn’t been unusually hot and humid (even for NC). The small road leading to the house was a little tricky, but that is a minor negative. I’m just glad there was never a vehicle coming from the opposite direction, as I’m not sure what we would have done. All in all, we were more than happy with this lovely property. I would love to stay here again in slightly cooler weather.

Lake Wylie Fun

Property overall good. The outside of the property seemed a bit neglected. My husband had to wipe down all the outside chairs and porch pillars. He also raked up yard as well many sticks. Caretakers need to focus on the outside more.

R&R in Regatta House

Beautiful, peaceful and private. Owner was responsive and helpful. Second house provides additional privacy. Ee would repeat our stay but for a longer vacation.

House on Lake Wylie in Belmont

Awesome lake front house and property! It will not disappoint. The cottage and loft was a great bonus so my daughter/husband/grandson had their own cozy place and my son had his own separate living space in the loft. Whole family enjoyed the main house which accommodated everyone for meals and movie nights. Kitchen big enough to cook in and had everything one would need. Had a pontoon boat delivered by the property manager and it arrived at the house with personal service to show us how to navigate it. Property manager Adam super responsive to every question/need we had. Awesome place, we highly recommend it.

Relaxing on the lake

House is fantastic and extremely clean. Great location and nice layout of house and guest house. Can tell manager/owner takes pride in their work as everything was so nice and in good working order. Loved the place and will be renting again.

July 4th Long Weekend

Really enjoyed the lake home and cottage. Our college aged daughter and friends enjoyed the cottage and my wife and son enjoyed the home. Rented a pontoon boat, also used the kayaks. Great stay. Clean and comfortable. 10 minutes to downtown Belmont.
