Welcome to your Mountain Oasis! Enjoy your stay in this rustic new-construction condo with high end finishes and incredible views of the natural landscape. Managed directly by the property owner (who is local to the area), you won't have to deal with a big management company that can take time to deal with questions or issues

This 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is complete with parking for 2 cars, a ski locker, in-unit laundry, off-bedroom balcony with panoramic mountain views, and everything you'll need to make this your home away from home.

Great Place!

This is a great place to stay in Angel Fire it can accommodate 4 people but it only has 2 queen size beds and a small couch. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back!

We were really impressed with this unit, very modern updates, easily accessible and close to Angel Fire restaurants and shops. Just a short drive to the resort. Definitely recommend booking this unit

The pros are overall good stay and it was pet friendly so that was nice. The cons would be very dusty fans in all rooms. Did also have a stain in a comforter but this was addressed fairly quickly. Lastly the exiting instructions were not as clear. We read the before you leave page but some pertinent information was in another page. Also we could not find the trash container outside so we had to take trash with us.

Was super cute and quiet. Kitchen and bathrooms are wonderful. Beds are comfy. Location is right off the main road so makes it easy to get to everything.

We stayed at this VRBO bc we were biking at angel fire. This home is very clean and in a prime location. My friend accidentally left her wallet at the VRBO and management met us so we could pick it up. They were super kind and friendly. We will definitely be coming here again!

Cute little condo

We really enjoyed this sweet little condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four. Plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking supplies in the unit. Loved that it has a washer and dryer, which came in handy. There were even board games and books for entertainment. The location was perfect. Only took about 5 minutes to get to the slopes. Highly recommend this place!

The only negative to the property is the thin curtains on front window that allows the lights from front walkway into the third sleeping area. Owner should consider replacing them with something more light blocking.

Want the best in Angel Fire? This is the place

The host is absolutely hands down the best person for communicating. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and a home away from home. We skiied the entire time and it's less than 1 mile from the slopes. Great places to eat nearby. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is set up with plenty of utensils and equipment. We can't wait to come back in the summer for mt. biking and fishing. Like all great secrets, this is one you don't want to keep to yourself. Rent from Ryan. He will do you right.

Loved it

We stayed here to escape the heat in Texas. The weather was perfect outside. We enjoyed the location and amenities…the only thing missing that would have been nice to have was a pizza cutter. Owners made sure the condo was stocked well with pillows, towels, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, cotton balls and q-tips. The laundry room had 3 pods of detergent for our use. So helpful. We loved watching the prairie dogs every morning from the back patio, and deer came up to the front yard to graze. So beautiful

Great Place

Never been to Angel Fire and till a couple of weeks ago didn’t even know it existed. The husband, dog and I were traveling home from staying with friends in Colorado for an extended timeframe. We came from Summit County so was not sure what to expect. Honestly Angel Fire is a great little town, so much so we looked at property. When we arrived in Angel Fire we actually missed our turn to Ryan’s place as it is in an old office building being turned into Condo’s, don’t let the building in front of it concern you. Once we trekked upstairs it was great to see the place was exactly as shown. Loved the patio as did my dog, the couch was comfy, the bedding in the master was superb. The shower pressure was excellent in the master bath. Ryan had a smart TV that you could sign into and get your own apps (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Sling, etc). Couple of small things in the era of Covid hard to say it was really a miss, nothing n the fridge. So no condiments, butter, etc. But again given the current environment I can totally understand, I wish the towels were a bit bigger and plusher (in line with the bedding). But honestly you can’t go wrong with this place. Thanks Ryan.

Great Stay!

My husband, teenage son, our 2 dogs, and I stayed 2 nights at this villa, and it was perfect. It’s the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. The villa is modern and everything inside is new. Check in process was simple. All the neighbors were very friendly. It’s within a couple of miles of everything in Angel Fire. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay.

This property is very new and we loved staying there. The accommodations couldn’t have been any better. There is some construction of other units around but we never heard any noise. Ryan was easy to get in contact with with any questions.
