Brunswick was very quick in responding to any questions we had. The property was nice for our ladies beach trip with plenty of beds and gathering space. My only surprise was while it had an elevator, it only went between the ground floor and main floor. It did not go to the second floor where four bedrooms are located but we managed. Enjoyed our stay!

License to Chill was a great house for our annual girls/cousins trip. The layout of the house worked great, the views were spectacular, the beach access was perfect. The only downer was that the outdoor TV was not working so we could enjoy college football Saturday as planned. The owner/rental agency was very quick to respond when we sent messages regarding being slightly short on towels from the Linen Service. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay!

Perfect for a big family

We loved the house! Great view of the beach, and we saw deer several times from the back windows! There was room for everyone and a big living room we could all gather in. Will stay at this house again when we come to the area.

Magical 60th Birthday Week!

Perfect house for the perfect week to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my spouse, my kids and their spouses, and 3 grands. Not one problem during the stay, and the house was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Rental

We stayed with 6 adults and 4 grandkids under 12. The whole house was well laid out with bedrooms up and down. The kids enjoyed the pool although it is small. Elevator worked well. Enjoyed our stay!

Host was welcoming and send numerous updates and reminders. Even though a maintenance person was sent on the arrival day, there were several maintenance items that needed to be addressed.

First time staying at this home and it turned out fantastic. It checked all the boxes. Well appointed and Rob was a pleasure to deal with. Made it simple and we will be back.

Great Weekend!!!

We rented License to Chill for my husband’s 50 birthday celebration. It was spacious enough for 6 different families to spend quality time together! There was an issue with A/C, but it was dealt with in a timely manner. We are trying to make a weekend at LTC a yearly gathering!
