Fall to sleep, awake or just relax to the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves. Steps away from Iggie's and Mims restaurants and Bolongo Bay Beach with water sports and sailboat excursions. Access to three pools to include Regatta Point villas and Watergate villas pools as well as access to Regatta Point tennis court. Condo was great! Clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for getting around the island and access to St John ferry. Ocean is right outside balcony and pool was nice, especially at sunsets. Walking distance to Iggies and Mims restaurant/barGreat stay and experience!

Great location, clean and comfortable. Please make sure that you are comfortable with stairs and steep elevation changes if you wanted to go to Bolongo Beach.

Guests can also take a short drive to Bolongo Bay, which is at the entrance of the property if they're not up for the short walk. Bolongo Bay also has a taxi stand and a taxi can come and scoop you up if preferred. St. Thomas is a very elevated island which makes for the beautiful views! Had a wonderful time at this very clean, quiet, well-stocked vacation spot. Please be aware that the condo is on the second floor so there are stairs to navigate and it is a neighborhood filled with hills. Everything was lovely. Watch the boats from your private balcony. Everything you could possibly need stocked in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you also for the note on the entrance of the unit. I added a picture to show the 8 steps required to get into the unit from the parking lot. In addition, St. Thomas is a very hilly island where most properties have elevation changes, which makes for beautiful ocean and mountain views! The condo being located right on the water -- allowing you to hear the ocean waves -- makes the short drive downhill worth it. Thanks again for your review and take good care.

Stayed for 1 week

My girlfriend and I really really enjoyed this place. It is extremely clean and the neighborhood was great! It is right on the ocean too! A car isnt entirely necessary, it really depends on what you plan on doing. That local safari trucks do not pass by tho, just be aware of that. Linda put us in contact with a local that was invaluable too.

Wonderful experience!

A beautiful condo in a great location with fabulous ocean views! Extremely clean and well-appointed unit - host Linda thought of everything to ensure an enjoyable stay. She was also very responsive to my various questions 😊. Two wonderful restaurants within walking distance and only ~15 minutes away from Charlotte Amalie & Red Hook. A fantastic experience all around!

Wonderful vacation spot!

Linda was excellent, the area was superb and the accommodations were extraordinary! From the views, the pools, walking to Bolongo Bay with Iggies and the gated community, this property provided us with an all- around five star experience! We were even welcomed with gifts. The decor is amazing, available beach chairs and towels were so appreciated and the over all cleanliness made my wife smile! Easy trip to Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. We will be back to St. Thomas and Estate Bolongo. My recommendation, book today and spend the rest of your time planning your trip!

Bologno Bay- USVI

Wow I feel like we hit the jackpot with this rental. The balcony views were amazing!! We really enjoyed the sunsets and watching the ships come and go. The owners definitely thought about everything. We rented a car and had a great time exploring the islands. Our favorite beach/bar was Sapphire. Maegan’s Bay was also beautiful and great for snorkeling. We enjoyed Tickles restaurant a few times. (Great location near the airport). Upon arriving to our rental property we had a difficult time turning on the A/C and Wi-Fi but the owners responded immediately and we were able to resolve it quickly. The pool on the property was upkept well. Having access to the beach chairs, towels and snorkel items was very nice! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Beautiful Condo

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was very tastefully decorated, had everything that you needed, very clean and very spacious. It had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The property owner was very attentive and responsive. The only issue I had was that the location was a little harder to navigate than I initially anticipated. The walk to the restaurants involved climbing a large hill (or take a lot of steps) in the hot sun and it was a little longer than I thought. We could not always get a cab to come to the unit since it is in a gated community and either had to walk to the restaurant or up to the complex gate (up two hills) to catch a cab. The owner does have a contact that you can use for travel and other things such as bringing you food and he actually saved the day a couple of times because I got sick and he bought me food. So the place is gorgeous, the owner is great and if you have a rental car, no issues at all. But as I said, the walk to the restaurants can be challenging if you have mobility issues or anything like that But that’s me so take that with a grain of salt.

Thank you Jackie. We enjoyed hosting you. It was a bummer that you got sick during your visit but I am happy that the taxi driver I provided was able to assist with getting you food and with rides. The summer months are warmer on the island and it can be absent of the cool breezes that we have regularly but it is one of reasons for the beautiful weather here in St. Thomas so we have to live with it! As well as the condo location down the hill close to water for the wonderful ocean view! Otherwise, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and had a chance to experience some of the beauty of the island.

lovely condo with stunning views

The condo is very clean, well-appointed and equipped with everything you need at the beach. Location of the property is within reasonable proximity to towns. My only suggestion would be to add a binder with recommended grocers and restaurants in the area. Also, for those new to the island, perhaps a quick list of things to know: ie. parking is extremely limited in towns so it may be wise to taxi. We did rent a jeep in advance and highly recommend that option as it is hilly. Overall, beautiful island and condo; would definitely go back.

Thank you Rick! It was such a pleasure hosting you! Due to COVID, we’re trying to limit printed literature to reduce touch points right now. However, we do have digital guestbooks that are available to guests with that exact information! My favorite thing to tell guests about is ordering groceries for a curbside pickup upon arrival to the island. As well as St. Thomas beaches, hiking and beaches in St. John, local car rentals, taxi numbers, ferry schedules, etc. Looking forward to hosting you again soon!

Million Dollar View

This will be one of our most memorable trips ever! The view from this condo is priceless, waking up to it every morning made our trip unforgettable. Everything you could possibly need is here, every time we went to reach for something it was there. I was very impressed with how the owner made everything so easy and welcoming. We will definitely be returning!

I love Sea Cliff Villas because it is a safe secluded property in a gated community with amenities within walking distance like beach access, two restaurants, water sports and sail boat excursions. It is also located within 15-20 minutes from downtown for shopping and restaurants as well as 15-20 minutes from Red Hook for shopping, restaurants and ferry to St. John.

Is that you get to enjoy three properties by renting one. You are able to use the pools at both Watergate and Regatta as well as the tennis court and basketball rim at Regatta. Also steps away from two restaurants and a beach.
