Cedars is one of the most desirable properties in Breckenridge! Put your warm boots on and walk out the garage, you'll be on the slope in about 30 seconds. You can be on Main St for shopping and dinner in a 5 min walk, and soak in a private hot tub in a glass enclosed sun room at the end of the day.

Enjoy cozy furnishings, a brand new and well equipped kitchen, 2 car garage, TVs in each bedroom and a strong internet signal. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

If you want a pool, a quick walk down the street to the Upper Village community pool.

This is our first visit to Breckenridge (and Cedars Townhomes) in 9 years. We love being so close to the ski lift in addition to the convenience of walking to the shops and restaurants in the village. Linda was incredibly responsive to all questions and had several restaurant recommendations that were very helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, awesome location, and the living space is bigger than looks in the photos. Fully equipped kitchen, we cooked every night I needed nothing. There were nine of us adults, the only issue is the full/twin bunk bed combo is definitely not made for 20 year-olds. Ended up using the fold out couch. But would be great for younger kids. Hot tub seats 4 so we just took turns, but so wonderful having it right there! Linda was excellent communicator. We had a great time! Happy new year!

Excellent choice for our Spring Break!!

Linda and Bob's condo was the perfect location for spring break. We could walk to the lift in a couple minutes! All the restaurants downtown were all in walking distance. The house was beautifully set up. The new kitchen is great and having our personal hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Thank you so much for everything!

Perfect Stay

This property was outstanding and just as advertised. The location was perfect and truly a ski in ski out. Th condo was well furnished with everything you need: plenty of towels, seasonings, plates, extra linens, etc. Linda, the host, was very responsive and helpful despite me sending numerous emails. Just perfect all around.

Cozy Family Ski Vacation

This place is fantastic. While a little tight for 6 adults, the condo makes up for it with charm, location and amenities. The kitchen is modern and roomy. The family room is a great hangout location and we enjoyed many family games over our stay. Did I say location? OMG, 20 yards from skiing down to the lift. My kids all loved skiing across the little bridge to take the skis off at the end of the day. And downtown Breckenridge is a quick 5 minute walk away. As a bonus, the inside hot tub was an amazing way to end the ski day. I can't recommend this rental enough. Oh, and the host is nice, responsive and as accommodating as can be.

Great place to stay

Our whole family loved this place - from a 6 year old to the adults! So close to the lifts, the garage, the boot warmer, and the hot tub! Awesome. The kids loved knowing this was someone’s home too. They left some special notes for Bob and Linda. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Ski Heaven

This wonderful property is truly ski-in/ski-out, convenient to the Quicksilver lift and walking distance to town. The fireplace is warm and inviting. Kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub is a big plus after a long day. Thank you.

Perfect ski house

This is an incredible place to stay. We loved being steps from the ski lift and Main Street, along with the boot warmer, hot tub, stocked kitchen, and many other touches that made the house feel like home. Linda is also fantastic to communicate with.

Wonderful vacation townhome

We stayed in this townhome last week and absolutely loved it. The proximity to the slopes was outstanding. Literally 60 second walk and you're on the lift. The home was comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 5. The hot tub was a great bonus after a full day of skiing. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone vacationing in Breckenridge.

Home away from home at Breck

Traveled with my family to ski at Breckenridge, this was a great home away from home. We cooked most or our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, cooking gear and utensils! Plenty of space to sit. Kids loved the hot tub. Plenty of storage for ski gear in the garage and the boot heater was heaven! Super short walk to the snow and then ski down to the Quicksilver lift. The base area is right there if you need rentals, short walk to many restaurants and shops. We stopped at Safeway and Walmart in Frisco on our way from the airport, but I'd recommend the City Market in Breck, better selection and decent prices. Bring your disposable bags for any grocery shopping! Linda the host left a bottle of wine and coffee, so thoughtful and very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Great place

The was just what we needed: a cozy place with all the feels of home away from home. We liked the art throughout the home and the split level helped everyone spread out a bit. LOVED having our own jacuzzi to use whenever we wanted. We'll definitely consider returning for another visit. Thanks!

Fantastic place to stay

The house was clean and well stocked with almost anything we could need. The hot tub was wonderful. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The location was perfect to walk to dinner or go shopping. Our only complaint was that the primary and secondary beds were hard. I think having a foam topper available for the beds would have been wonderful. Overall it was a wonderful place and would recommend it to anyone looking for great place to stay in Breckinridge.

Perfect for all interests!

Location is superb...for ski in/ski out or a lovely stroll to downtown Breckenridge's quaint restaurants, entertainment, and boutiques. After a day of skiing, the heated boot and glove rack was a treat. The private large hot tub was an awesome respite followed with nice quiet time by the fireplace. Charming home with comfortable bedding and towels topped the ultimate way to spend a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home!

Everything you need!

The condo couldn't be in a more perfect location. A short walk around the corner and you're on the slopes in front of the main lift. The owner has obviously gone to great lengths to ensure guests have all they need including a fabulous private hot tub right outside the kitchen door! Great place! Great location! Great attention to details!

Fabulous condo. Well equiped and very spacious. Access to the lifts was so easy. Super comfortable .

Really loved our stay at this condo. The beds and couches were comfortable, and the rooms were warm and spacious. Well decorated and equiped. Best of all was the proximity to the quicksilver lift. Literally seconds. And very easy to stroll in to town. I would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to stay again on our next trip.

Wonderful accommodation in Breckenridge

This is a perfect accommodation to enjoy all the beauty that Breckenridge offers. Spacious and very tastefully decorated, with a gourmet kitchen, lovely hot tub, and a beautiful quiet courtyard to barbeque and enjoy a glass of wine. The rooms are bright and airy, the beds very comfortable, and everything one might need is on hand to enjoy a lovely vacation. Great location for hiking, biking, and access to fabulous restaurants (I ate at Twist and Ember, both were fantastic). This beautiful town also has world class orchestra and theater experiences. This rental property offered the perfect base for all of it! Double garage parking is available, but as everything was within walking distance, we didn't need one. I certainly would return!
