There is a total of five beds in the unit:
The primary bedroom has a king bed, full size desk and office chair, walk-in closet, and a newly-renovated private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a king bed, a full size bunk bed and a guest bathroom just down the hall.
The living room has a queen sofa sleeper.

You will appreciate the comfort and convenience of Heated underground assigned parking.
Washer & dryer are located down the hall.
With access to nearby Columbine heated swimming pool and four hot tubs.

This condo is located within a 5 minute walk (600 feet) from the Quicksilver Ski Lift at the base of Peak 9 and within a 5 minute walk (500 feet) from Main Street downtown Breckenridge where you will find Main Street Station, boutiques, shops, restaurants and night clubs in the heart of Breckenridge.
Easy access from the condo to the free town shuttle should you choose to ride.

During your stay you can enjoy the gold rush atmosphere of historic Breckenridge with one of the top-rated North American ski complexes right at your front door in the winter.
In the summer, you can enjoy hiking that start right at the condo. Also found in the area is mountain biking, whitewater rafting, hot air ballooning, kayaking, horseback riding, jeep tours of gold rush ghost towns, and above all sunshine, blue skies, and cool nights.
Additionally, the Breckenridge Recreation Center offers a fitness center, swimming pool, rock climbing wall, and various other activities and classes for the entire family.

GREAT LOCATION!

Our family had a great time staying here over Christmas break! Space was perfect for our family of five! We have older teens and there was plenty of room for all! LOCATION cannot be beat! Don’t look anymore just book this one, you won’t be disappointed! Interior just like pictures. Family room spacious, great fireplace that kept us very warm;), beds were comfortable
Ski trail right out back door. Side door to unit was added bonus after day of skiing. No steps into building. Equipment rental right out back in Marriott, walking to Main St. is about 5min, quick and easy!!! Kids loved the crepe Food Truck nearby. Awesome kitchen, we ate breakfast and lunch in every day and enjoyed some dinners in as well! Very easy on and off the slope. Thank you for a memorable stay! We will be back.

Nice rental. Well stocked. Very short walk (5 minutes) to base of Peak 9, Quicksilver lift, and Village. On first floor so don’t need to walk upstairs with ski gear.

Condo was cute and comfy. More than enough room for our family of 5. Location was awesome! Minutes walk to lift and Main Street. Owners were super responsive with answering questions. Definitely recommend!

Winter break

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Short walk to the chairlift, village, and main street! We only used our car to go to the grocery store and then were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We were very pleased with the property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Great location and place to stay

The location of this VRBO to town and the lift really couldn’t be any better. Also the location in the building made it very easy to walk to the lift down the ramp right next to the unit with ski boots on was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Great unit close to slope

This is a great unit with a great location! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this unit. Unit was well stocked with necessary items, clean, and located super close to the hill. John and Lisa let us know when the unit was ready, and we quickly unpacked and scoped the place out. Except for the grocery store, we never even used our vehicle. This unit is so close to everything that it’s not necessary. It was a 5 min walk to Main Street, 3-4 to the Quicksilver lift, and 1 min walk to hot tubs. It honestly couldn’t be better! One item to note - parking spots in Breckenridge (including this one) tend to be tight. If you’ve got a big SUV, you might find the spot to be a bit snug. We were fine with the minivan though. We’ll be back and will look to stay in this great unit again!
