Newly renovated winter chalet with Two En-Suites and Hot Tub on Fenced Half Acre

**Kitchen renovation coming in November 2024!**
Updates: Gorgeous modern bathrooms, renovated September 2023, new hot tub, all bedrooms now with new ceiling fans. Added a fully enclosed fence that leads to our private pasture with gate and a lovely new black exterior renovation!

All rooms and bathrooms are on main level besides loft. One full bathroom with walk-in shower and one with bath tub/shower. One half bath in hallway.

Come escape to this spacious 2,100 square foot cabin in the pines. One story home with stairs to our loft. We are situated on a peaceful 1/2 acre, fully fenced. However, we are pet friendly and have gates on the deck. We are in Pinetop Country Club, near the recreation center.

All bedrooms are on main level. We have two primary en suites, perfect for two families or multi-generational trips! The third room is off the garage (there are 3 stairs) with a private patio, hall half bath just around the corner. Loft is upstairs, furnished with two full sized beds, two modern chairs and a TV (situated above the kitchen). All TVs equipped with a fire tv/smart tv capabilities.

Large deck with grill and plenty of seating. Gated deck and fenced yard for your pets and kids. A new spa is right off the primary suite deck, with a perfect view of the stars.

We have created a cozy space for our guests to enjoy with luxurious linens and beds. All the bedrooms are on the main floor, the loft is upstairs with two full beds. Fun spaces for the kids to escape and play games. This is the perfect family getaway for a quiet weekend away. A short 25 minute drive to Sunrise Park. Ten minutes to nearest grocer and shops/restaurants. Trails and stables are a mile (or less) away from our cabin. This is a prime location to either pack your day with fun outdoor activities or just sit by the fire and relax.

Enjoy cozy crate and barrel furnishings, designer mattresses and hygge aesthetic throughout!

*We are pet friendly, however we require notice and a pet fee to be considered. We do have cameras on the premises, please be respectful of our policies. Yard is fenced and suitable for dogs of all sizes.*

We couldn’t have been happier at this lovely home. The neighborhood is the best in Pinetop. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard is a must with dogs. Ashley was the easiest host to communicate with for any needs. She went above and beyond! The home was newly renovated and had plenty of space for our family and children. Two weeks in the pines

We had a wonderful family vacation in Pinetop. The house was perfect with two master suites and lots of room for our grandkids to play. The house was clean and well equipped. In addition, the manager was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this lovely cabin!

Thanksgiving at the Cabin

We enjoyed Ashley’s beautiful cabin over Thanksgiving! It was spacious yet cozy. The dogs loved the fenced-in yard. There was so much space for them to safely explore. The cabin was close to a couple of hiking trails, and I saw wild horses on one of my hikes. The family enjoyed all the amenities, including the huge tv in the living room, the front porch swings, the hot tub, the fire pit, and even the fresh popcorn! We would love to stay again!

Family Ski Trip in the Pines!

Well setup for a vacation rental with the loft and 3 private bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and pillows. Kitchen had all the essentials and was clean. Living room was perfect for hanging out with the comfy couch and large tv with streaming wifi. In the backyard, the hot tub was hot and clean so it was great after skiing all day! The neighborhood had a spacious feel and felt very private.

Finding Fall in Pinetop

My wife and I have been doing our finding fall trip for years from Greer Arizona, but after renting from Ashley and her husband over the summer fell in love with Pinetop. The new property that she recently purchased is everything we expected and more. The house is a 3 bedrooms with loft and 2.5 bathrooms that is well laid out definitely feels larger than 2100 square feet. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms that are on opposite sides of the house with a 3rd bedroom adjacent to the garage that could also be used for a virtual office if needed. All rooms are equipped with televisions and 5G internet for online video streaming or internet access. The great room with large windows overlook the rear deck and open forest directly behind the house. The house is well decorated and stocked to accommodate cooking meals for almost any size family or group.. Its in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the public forest for anyone looking to walk or hike, plus plenty of space for the dog to relax inside or outside. My wife and I love this house and are already talking about coming back for a visit this winter and will most likely be back for a couple of weeks in the summer or 2022 and the fall. Thanks to Ashley for her flexibility and regular communications.
