The Main Level: The experience begins in the spacious living room, anchored by plush leather furnishings and the warm glow of a remote-controlled gas fireplace. For gatherings, the formal dining room features a stately table with seating for 8 to 10—perfect for family reunions, bridal showers, or special celebrations. The sleek, modern kitchen is a chef’s delight, boasting granite countertops and backsplashes, top-tier appliances, and premium cookware. For guests preferring to avoid stairs, the main level includes a bright, sunny queen bedroom with easy access to a full bathroom.

The Second Level: Ascend the original historic staircase to find four additional oversized bedrooms designed for ultimate relaxation. Each features a Beauty-Rest mattress, fine linens, and a dedicated "getting ready" station with a private mirror, blow dryer, and ironing kit. Every room is equipped with a Smart TV featuring YouTube TV and streaming apps. The home features one full bath on the main level and one on the second level.

Parking & Logistics: The private driveway accommodates two vehicles, and three additional street passes are provided for your stay. Important: To avoid the City of Greenville’s $500 parking fine, please display these passes on your rearview mirror and remember to leave them inside upon departure to avoid a $200 replacement fee.

1. Quiet Hours & Community Respect To maintain our standing with the City of Greenville and respect our wonderful neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum at all times. Our rental permit depends on being a "good neighbor," and we appreciate your help in keeping our home in good standing.

2. Events & Gatherings While large parties are strictly prohibited, we welcome small, hosted events such as bridal or baby showers. Please coordinate with us in advance if you plan to host a small gathering to ensure it fits within our guidelines.

3. Occupancy Limits To ensure comfort and safety, the maximum overnight occupancy is strictly limited to 12 guests.

4. Smoke-Free Property This is a 100% smoke-free property.

5. We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Guests are financially responsible for any damages or deep cleaning required following their stay.
