This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rustic modern styled condo sleeps 4 with a Queen bed and a brand new memory foam Queen sleeper sofa. As of the Summer of 2022 the entire condo has been remodeled and updated. Updates include new furnishings, mattress, floorings, fully upgraded kitchen, and rustic finishes throughout. It also features a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows offering breathtaking mountain views and incredible light. There is also a beautiful private balcony with a grill and outdoor seating, perfect for taking in the views and fresh mountain air. Wildernest offers a quiet, setback location, but at the same time you are just minutes to all Silverthorne and Summit County as a whole have to offer. The famous Lily Pad Trailhead is also just a short walk away.

The entryway has a hooks, a bench, and storage for your convenience as you come and go throughout your day. The open concept living area has ample seating, a mounted Smart TV, gas fireplace, and brand new furnishings. Relax by the re-finished fireplace or cozy up on the oversized L-shaped sectional. Take in all the views this "Scenic Overlook Escape" has to offer through the floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options. The door to the balcony is just off the living area, here you will find incredible mountain and treed views. Soak in the mountain air or the sounds of nature on the cozy outdoor seating. There is also a private grill for guest use located on the balcony.

From the living area, proceed to the dining area where you will find a modern wooden dining table that comfortably seats four. There is also a breakfast bar that seats four more. Behind the dining table there is a coffee station, perfect for making your morning cup of joe! The remodeled full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen also comes stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home.

The full bathroom is just off the kitchen and features quartz countertops and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom features a brand new Queen-sized mattress/box springs and furnishings, Smart TV and a rustic modern style sliding door closet.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 3 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

The shower had great water pressure. We enjoyed resting in the living room, TV had lots of options to enjoy. Relatively short drive to Frisco for groceries, and Vail for skiing. Space heaters worked well to supplement. Would highly recommend, thank you!

Nice unit, with some issues
My wife and I stayed for 8 nights in January. The apartment is beautiful, has a very comfortable layout and excellent furniture, kitchen utensils and decoration. It made for very comfortable breakfasts and after-ski dinners. The bed is very comfortable. The owners did really a superb job in setting up this unit. The Marshall Bluetooth speaker is a nice touch, and the view from the common area is beautiful and relaxing. Unfortunately, the unit has a couple of issues: 1. Every single step, door opening and toilet flush from the apartment above can be heard. While many people can overlook this issue, it is a deal-breaker for us so we don't foresee staying in this unit (and likely in this community) again. 2. The management company. Since the gas fireplace was not working, I requested service and they said they would send someone immediately. Three days later they said they were still looking for a contractor to look at it, but no-one came during our stay. Missing the fireplace was not a big issue, but one would expect it to be working or quickly fixed. In addition, when the guest in the apartment above left one morning, the cleaning crew came to clean it at 9 pm, with unbearable noise from the vacuum cleaner, mopping and heavy stepping that lasted for about 45 minutes. For anyone who doesn't mind the noise from above and is willing to take their chances with the management company, this apartment is truly awesome.

Quiet and great view
This was the perfect spot for spending a few days in the mountains. Views towards the mountain. Close to Frisco and Silverthorne by car. super modern condo. well equipped for those who want to cook for themselves. We loved it.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
