House was roomy. Hot tub was nice.

Overall stay was fine. Communication with property owner was excellent. The house was clean but probably not as clean as my standard. House was roomy. It was chilly, needed more blankets available for the sleeper sofas.

Comfortable and welcoming home!

I can't imagine a better stay anywhere. Our family needed a home for a few weeks while our home was being renovated and we chose this home. It more than exceeded expectations. It was comfortable, clean, pleasant, and had everything we needed and more. Lots a little extra touches that made our stay so welcoming. Even our dog loved the backyard. :). The host was so gracious and responsive with A+ service. The neighborhood was quiet and the location couldn't have been better with easy access to the major highways and great shops in Allen, Texas. This was a little oasis for my family and a great find.

Awesome property for families with a warm and responsive host.

Description of this property is 100% accurate and PERFECT for families looking for space in N TX!! Plenty of room inside (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and multi-use spaces). Back yard is fenced with an AWESOME hot-tub, fire pit, and yard space for games and kids “running around”. Host was “gold standard” communicator both prior to arrival and during our stay. We’ll stay here again when we return yo N TX!!!

The property was as advertised. It was clean and in a great location. The owners were welcoming and readily available. They offered lots of little extras that added a special touch. We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Ivey. You made our stay awesome.

I love music--ESPECIALLY piano, and my wife and I are known "foodies" in the DFW area. I own a T-shirt company in Rockwall, and I spend most of my time raising boys and working around the house. I am an avid traveler, and frequenter of BnBs around the world. But as a native Texan, there's nothing I love more than coming home to these endless Texas skies. So much open air to breathe and possibilities to explore! So if we're staying with you, thank you for being a gracious and accommodating host! And if you're staying with US, I certainly hope you and yours have a wonderful stay and start your days refreshed as you Wake Up in Texas!

You are 6 minutes from the Watters Creek retail area, and 12 minutes from the Village at Allen & Fairview, both places packed full of excellent venues: restaurants, bars, movie theater, desserts, live music, you name it!
Allen has some pretty amazing fare! Be sure to try:

*Mio Nonno - Italian (House made pasta and excellent wines. Get their Eggplant Parm!!)
*Armor Coffee - Best coffee shop around by far...worth driving past the others :)
*Max's Donuts - ask anyone where this is. Somewhere around McDermott and Greenville. This place is legend and only 6 minutes away. Get there early :)
*Pin Stack - Bowling, Laser tag, arcades, great food and just an incredible night out!
